I don't want to restrict XY ships, especially since they're probably the hub of the Shipping Thread right now. If you say there's nothing to them, then there probably isn't a lot to spoil. I don't mind if someone talks about a shippy scene unless it involves a major event that will influence succeeding episodes.

I think Origins calmed those people fortunately. I also like that the characters are different in the anime than their VG counterparts. We get to see more personality from the Gym Leaders, especially Brock, Cilan, and Clemont. Also how many XY spoilers do you think will be in the Shipping Debates? I keep seeing posts from here and tumblr that spoil all of the obtained Pokémon and I'm like "stahp."

A lot of people seem to hate on that. They wish that the anime was just like the games but then the anime would be unnecessary. Everything would be predictable and it would get boring real fast.

This is how it used to be:

I prefer episodes when a Pokémon isn't caught by having a Poké Ball just thrown at it. I like when the Trainer takes the time to be with the Pokémon and makes sure that the Pokémon wants to be with it (like James's Cacnea) or if the Pokémon is received from a trade (like Jessie's Wobbuffet and Ash's Buizel). Those episodes tend to have better plot.

I do agree about Ash spending some time training with Goomy before participating in the tournament .
May be , The Tournament will have 3 day deadline for Ash to prepare Goomy .
But I'm not agree with Goomy evolving into Sliggoo before Or middle of the Tournament.
The whole point of Ash doing this is to prove that something like Goomy can be powerful if the trainer work hard enough .
So its better if Goomy win the Tournament as Goomy while Ash catch the attention from future rivals due to this .
Plus , it would be good if the odd remain against Ash .
Goomy covered in a slimy membrane that makes any punches or kicks slide off it harmlessly So may be Ash can use it to its advantage.

I knew that Ash obtained a Buizel at some point but I thought he just caught one. I've noticed that throwing a Poké Ball at a Pokémon that someone just met in the anime is the worst way to obtain a Pokémon. James knows what's up.
BW had too many fillers unfortunately and not enough Wobbuffet. I liked the cast much more than any other series though.

Funny thing is that I didn't want to double post or edit my existing one but you recently solved that problem. I was wondering why Buizel and Aipom were so distracted and then when I found out why I was like "how did I not notice this earlier?!" Ash seems to be on the ball with raising Pokémon this series. I can see why people hate on the BW reset (although BW still doesn't deserve as much hate that it gets).

Everyone will be jealous of how fun your section is going to be :P I've noticed an increase in events throughout my time here and I'm hoping that the next GT will be even better than last year's (because that's what got me active in the first place).

Off-topic but I watched an episode of DP earlier today when Ash traded his Aipom for Dawn's Buizel and I was caught off guard so much that I'm still like "whoah" 12 hours later. That marks my second favorite anime trade of all time.

So if it's been over four years then most of the active member base hasn't experienced any olympic events. Maybe having events all the time will inspire others :P Go big or go home, right?

That would make sense. I hope you can at least tell me whether or not the idea receives positive reception. That's why you suggested it beforehand ;) but with only two weeks of planning it could end up like that :o

I've been trying for years. I find I don't have enough shelf space or enough drawer space in the case of important documents. But my parents don't wanna let me put up overhead shelving on the wall of one of their rooms.
