I'm writing this right off the top of my head right now. The region was once, many many years ago, invaded and laid claim to by ancestors of Kalosians, (the warring type they are) and a group of soldiers made their way up a mountain near the center of the island. Finding it home to an Altaria and it's children, but also an abundance of raw material, they fought the Altaria for it, killing it. Xerneas of Kalos, horrified by this event, gives one of the Swablu children the power to defend the region. Encasing it in scales tougher than the primitive spears the soldiers of Kalos wield, and giving it the power to breathe fire to scare off all who wish to exploit the land, Swablu was transformed into a dual Fire/Dragon type. The Kalosians fled with their tails between their legs, and there was peace on the island for a very long time. Until it was rediscovered by Hoenn researchers. Swablu, seeing this research ship approaching, is reminded of the Kalosian warships and whips up a storm to steer them off course. This failing, it goes in personally and destroys the boat, leading to our Hero washing up on the island's beach.

It's just something that I'm irrationally nervous about.

Most of the time when I don't feel like posting I still post a bit and play some video games.

Heh, for some reason I seem to have this (Very) irrational fear that my name has been mentioned in the mod forum. :/ (No joke, I really do.)

Alright so I'm gonna go ahead and brainstorm (happy 2015 btw) an idea. There's this trainer from Hoenn who gets sent with a team of researchers (he is tasked with protecting them) to a new, unmapped region. When their ship gets caught in a storm and attacked by a mysterious legendary pokemon, he gets separated from his team and washes up on the island's shore. With his Torchic, he must survive on the island until help arrives, braving starvation, horrid weather, and wild pokemon. Without any pokeballs or potions, etc, he has to totally Bear Grylls it and eat roasted Weedle. Thoughts?

I've heard about those Boomburst Taillows, but I still got an interesting one early that had Mirror Move. I think another find I had was a Spinda with Water Pulse, which kinda surprised me because I never even knew they could learn it but then again those things have a tendency to learn all these confusion-based moves. I think I also once found a Contrary Spinda, sadly I didn't catch it but it was cool though.

But Huge Power is the good ability on Marill... but I did find a few with Sap Sipper once. The most interesting part definitely has to be the moves, like Mud Bomb on the Skitty or the tutorial Poochyena with the elemental fangs.

Only shiny i have is my beldum lol. Love him. Wish i had a shiny charmander though lol. Charizard is my all time favorite next to unown lol

Oh god I'm so addicted to the DexNav. I think one of the really good captures I got out of it lately was a nice 3-star potential Huge Power Marill. Doesn't have the best nature out there but he was definitely something. I even once got a Pelipper with a Lucky Egg, he might come in handy if I need it. Another one was a Skitty with Mud Bomb who I'm training for Cuteness Contests.

I also came so close to getting a Surskit with Fell Stinger but some random Zigzagoon interrupted me. I do wonder what your best finds were?

Wow that's awesome! I'm not even close to completing my Hoenn dex yet. Is there anything I can help you with those flags? I don't know exactly how it works but I haven't visited my secret base for a few days now.

I'm quite in need of some battle-capable Pokemon so I'm wondering if you have any from the list found in that thread. I'm sorry if I'm asking too much. >.<
