This might actually be the first time I won't be using this opportunity to change my name. I dunno how, but this username just really grew on me, haha. If I ever do get a name change in the future, I'll probably just shorten my current name to plain ol' Revise. xD

I think Project M did a really good job when it came to balancing out their characters, and the bottom-tiers are definitely infinitely closer to the top-tiers than they are in the official games. That said, you can basically play as any character in Project M and still stand a chance, which is the one thing I adore the most about it. Also, did you hear about Lucas's return in Smash 4? I was really surprised considering how it was announced on April Fools' Day. xD

Anyways, I agree about Ivysaur in Project M (considering it's my main along with Link). Heck, speaking of Project M, I don't believe we've ever discussed it before. Are you by any chance a Project M player?

As for custom tunes, that depends on the definition of "custom," haha. I haven't written any notes from absolute scratch since I've never taken a music class in my life, but I do like to copy and paste certain beats from other MIDIs and tweak them around to fit the current song, haha.

If you prefer Fine Arts, you should totally go for it. If you enjoy drawing, then practicing to get better shouldn't be an issue.

I thought so too at first, but there's surprisingly a huge difference between MIDIs and actual music. Music is set in stone, while MIDIs are merely instructions (with notes) for whatever program you open them on, which is why you can alter the notes and instruments on them.

Haha, that probably was December. And yeah, Falco and Marth were either nerfed really hard, or powercrept out of relevance (if not both) due their dominance in both Melee and Brawl (not counting Meta Knight lol). According to Japan's tier list, if that means a thing, Marth and Falco are both close to the bottom as of right now. But at least the game is -technically- fixable via patches, so we'll find out eventually how much the developers actually care about balance.

Wait, but it can't be too bad if you already own it. MIDI files work great with FL Studio, so you might get the upper hand if you create the core beats first (on that other program).

Oh, haha. I tried using Falco as a secondary at one point, but I never got anywhere with him. Hell, I think the last time I played Smash was against you (I think?), and I recall wanting to pick up Sheik as a secondary, haha.
