How old are you?
"Henryism defines a universal standard to objectively judge the "goodness" government, wherein "good" is the ability to maintain long-term the rightfulness and legitimacy of such government, and "bad" is the failure to achieve long-term rightfulness and/or legitimacy. Henryism analyzes rightfulness and legitimacy, and applies these often interdependent requirements consistently to produce a suggestion for the optimal form of government, whose purpose is to retain its rightfulness and legitimacy."
Its a working definition. Also Henryism is just a provisional name. I can't think of an original name lol. In case you are wondering, here are the definitions for "rightful" and "legitimate."
Rightful: The evaluation of the voluntary and consensual nature of a government, usually represented by a constitution and express written consent by citizenry.
Legitimate: The measurement of a government's relevancy on the world stage and a government's ability to preform basic functions.
There is much more, such as what "long-term" is, what the basic functions are, how to maintain legitimacy and rightfulness long-term, differentiating between imperative and secondary strategies for the long-term, etc.
Then of course the practical application and purpose- to judge existing and past governments based on their goodness, and then describe what a "Henryist" government and society would most likely look like based on the standards created.
