In FR, earthquakes are: Special 0x136.
However, in Ruby/Emerald, a short earthquake script is: Special 0x131 + Waitstate + Pause 0x28.

That's the difference. But it doesn't really matter.
Msg Boxes are for talking scripts, right? But how can I type the text I want
to type in?
What are Level Scripts? And when are Level Scripts used?
What is "Nop" or "Nopl" and when is it used?
If I want to change the current music, what command do I have to type in?
How can I do a warping script? (For example, a Deoxys appears, and he wants to
warp the Player from Littleroot to Petalburg.) What do I have to do in this case?

I actually know how to Hack in some points in a Ruby/Emerald Rom
and they are OW Spriting and Scripting.

I know how to script in Ruby/Emerald. (Similar)

I only know the Basics + some Earthquake scripts.

I am no good at mapping, good at OW Spriting (It's not really OW Spriting, just doing
fusion on the OWs.) (Ex. A FR Lass OW + A FR Poiceman Hat. Another Ex.
A FR Psychic OW + A FR Nurse's OW Hat etc. And a lot more things that you can imagine!) As you can see, only scripting and OW Spriting are my strong points. I have to practise Scripting, as I am not really good at it, and need some more creativity on OW Spriting. (I need descriptions on OW Spriting before I can OW Sprite the Person.)

I need someone to teach me more about scripting in Ruby/Emerald.

Too bad you Hack FR, not Ruby. (I really wanted you to teach me how to script,
since you are good at it.)
