A pokemon is cute because, well, when they have big eyes, small bodied, big heads, and a babyish look. Good examples would be...well, all the Cute Pokemon. Pichu, Victini, Shuppet, all those pokemon are cute in my opinion. Also, their cries have to do with a lot. If they're cute, but have some strange cry, I might as well say it's....unique.
 
I'm not sure if that had been asked before, but anyway! I think what makes a Pokemon cute is it's design, it's attitude, and how does it interacts towards other Pokemon. :3

Good question! Personally for me it seems to come down to their eyes and not much else! Especially Sandshrew <3 Small Pokemon are cute toooo!

I have a feeling there's only two left that aren't on the list, so really it's not a big choice! ^^
 
I'd go with Vaporeon as well, I can see a cute side somewhere in it's design. :D

I would have to say Vaporeon as well, since Jolteon definitely fits the "cool" category. Vaporeon is more of a beautiful pokemon rather than cute though. Even so, I wouldn't mind seeing it added to the cute list.

I really don't see Jolteon cute, I see more of it as an awesome Pokemon with a really strong look. It's fierce. :P

But I guess fan arts can make it look cute. ^^;
