Would use Togekiss definitely. I have a taste or third-evo pokemon, not that it matters, but that Togekiss can really land a punch.

Gardevior, Chandalure, Liligant, Frosslass, Gothitelle, and Ninetails

More of these guys are "cute" , but also a bit intimidating such as ninetails and frosslass.

as to whether they are evolved or not, the decision is entirely up to them ^^ i think its only right to let them decide (:
besides, they won without evolving the last time i tried :3 [pidgey was a pidgeot though]
challenged myself to do so :/ ev trained like hell. spent tons on potion and stuff ;A;​

I noticed there's an Electric squirrel/mouse-like Pokemon in each region...
Kanto: Pikachu and Raichu
Johto: Pichu
Hoenn: Plusle and Minun
Sinnoh: Pachirisu
Unova: Emolga
