That's pretty awesome. Probably better than the desktop I built (granted, I built a budget desktop, but still). Of course, my desktop only cost about $500.

So now, seems like Chrome and IE9 have a bit of a sandbox problem in the annual Pwn2Own contest. Both fell! Seems like there really is no such thing as the invincible browser, huh?

I believe I do push my computer to it's limits, but that's not very hard, considering it's just a netbook. In other news, I calculated what the cost of my dream computer, a fully tricked out Mac Pro, would cost:

Also, if you're buying an unbranded PC instead of buying that computer from Apple, I think you might end up getting a sizable discount on everything.
That system you posted is truly the machine that just works within the entire decade, and further beyond! On the other hand, you could buy a whopping 10 really capable gaming PCs with that budget. :)
Let's see what I would buy...
*ditches Xeon for Core i7/5*
*Cuts RAM to 8GB*
*Skips the RAID card*
*Stops at one hard disk*
*Gets the newest single-card, single-GPU card*
*Gets only one DVD Super Multi drive*
*Skips the other monitor and opts for a Samsung*
*Goes Logitech on keyboard and mouse*
*Skips the PCI Express card*
*Skips the DisplayPort adapter*
*Keeps the AIO printer*
*Replaces OS X with Windows 7*
I wonder how many thousands did I just save by doing exactly that?

One thing I know for sure - I wonder how high the WEI score for that computer would be? All 7.9s? Ahahaha! I'm not sure on 9.9, though. I think the GPU might be a bottleneck in this case, if you're aiming for the perfect computer. Haha

Though I'm not very fond of Apple, but with that much memory, I can pretty much do everything faster than my current comp. xD And gaming would be a piece of cake.

I wouldn't mind adding Windows 7 in the Mac computer. If I do get an apple computer, I'd keep the OS. I'd like to expand my horizons and explore the OS, giving me experience.
This doesn't really convince me though, as there are windows software available for Apple. :P

What's the point in that when you can use Boot Camp to install Windows 7?
You might as well just buy a high-end non-Apple laptop if you're just going to install Windows 7 on there. Saves you the cost of having to buy an OS license twice, and the high-end machines contain just as reliable hardware as a MacBook, if not more reliable hardware.

Hey guys, I just have a quick question, do any of you know any good programs that download videos off of YouTube and convert them to iPod format? I've been using one, but I had to reboot my computer and just found out they only have the upgraded version, which you have to pay to use. :/

.NET Framework is required by a good number of software. Heck, if you're running Windows 7, it always has it up to a version number. It's a Microsoft component, and it should be installed when you need it. Chances are a Windows Update might give you one anyway on newer systems.
