Pumpkin soup tastes weird to me. Same with potato soup.
My father used to make a carrot/pumpkin/potato soup, it tasted good :D
    Spoiler:

I've never had Potato Soup. Did not even know it was a thing.
a TIL moment I guess xD
You can make soup with any vegetable... And also fish, crab, and probably more stuff if you look at Asian cuisine :)

I think tomato soup is alright. It's one of the few I actually like.

I ditto Megan's comment, tomato soup is pretty good. I especially enjoy it with some grilled cheese.

Goulash is a fairly common dish in my country. I suppose, it's not too hard to make, either.

Sometimes the recipe is wrong -_-
I've never had goulash, but I've heard the name, it's probably not common in my country.

    I think it's more of a Central-/Eastern Europe thing?

I googled "hachee", it looks tasty :D
My country has a renown cuisine but I can mostly cook Asian meals (without pineapple)

I, too, googled Hachee, and aaa stews… it looked tasty enough for me to bookmark a recipe to later make. I love onions. Vampires fear me.

Onions are a mixed bag for me. We didn't eat a lot of dishes that included onions as my old man didn't tolerate them due to the illness he had.

I like onions, but not in really large quantities.
Though I guess it might depend on where you get it in the first place.
Let's just say that when I had it, like almost half the dish was onion.

Onions can be good when used properly. Although, that's me thinking onions have a very strange taste that I can't quite figure out...

My parents would cook the onions at low heat for a bit, which would result in them tasting pretty sweet. I'd eat a handful as a snack that way.
