    Forget, I don't think I have ever used it before, and my memory is a little hazy about the way it works, other than that you need to be in I think in low health range to get the full power of the move, and that sounds a little too situational for me.

    Eh... on some mons I'd learn.
    Generally speaking though, Forget. I'd rather have a stat boost move + attacking moves in most cases, and potentially a healing move.
