What were your teams

The best and most unusual team that I made for Pokémon Sword is my main battle team for competitive Doubles, which consists of Incineroar, Malamar, Groudon, Stakataka, Sylveon, and Hatterene. At first glance, it might seem like a very unlikely team to do much, but somehow, I was able to rank high on the ladder with it in both Generation 8 Doubles OU on Pokémon Showdown and in the Master Ball tier on ranked battles on the Switch. I don't remember my exact place on Pokémon Showdown at my peak, but it was at least within the top 20, but don't quote me on it. I am currently not there now, but it felt good to make it that high with an unusual non-meta team. Even I was shocked with the results. My only goal was to build something around Malamar just to have fun with it because I liked it so much, but I found it amusing how most players had no answer for it. As for my main playthrough team for Sword, I used Inteleon along with my usual favorites that I tend to pick in most games, such as Lucario, Electivire, Haxorus, Gengar, and Gardevoir. This was my primary team. I normally use two teams when I play Pokémon. My secondary team was Starmie, Blaziken, Magnezone, Garchomp, Weavile, and Togekiss.

Its always nice to see Starmie on a team very underrated and amazing Pokemon I always have this moveset on Starmie - Surf, Hydro Pump, Thunder & Psychic

Weavile, Hatterene & Haxorus are wonderful as well.

Boltund has become one of my favourite Pokemon from Galar among many others.

Thank you for replying to my thread really appreciate it.

I shiny hunted a Staryu in Gen 6, absolutely beautiful Pokemon... Anyway.

My team for Shield consisted of:
Swindle. (Thievul)
Wolf. (Arcanine)
Shade. (Weavile)
Craven. (Corviknight)
Chimes. (Kommo-o)
Kenshi. (Flygon)

My team for Sword consisted of:
Lèon. (Inteleon)
Ashes. (Ninetales)
Rosie. (Roserade)
Big Bacon. (Mamoswine)
Echoes. (Noivern)
(there was no sixth)

I've only used two teams:

Shield:
Rillaboom, Thievul, Drednaw, Coalossal, Toxtricity, Hatterene.

Sword:
Duraludon, Centiskorch, Electivire, Glaceon, Galarian Slowking, Obstagoon.
All of which were shiny bred beforehand in Shield :coolcat:

Only one team (Shield) Doubt I'll play through Galar again since it left me quite disappointed for the most part.

Tuffluff (Bewear)
Wallapago (Drednaw)
Confeti (Eldegoss)
Nightwing (Noivern)
Soula (Cursola)
Phantasy (Copperajah)

That's one tough team you've got. It is very defensive in terms of coverage and doesn't have many weaknesses. However, I'd assume that the Fighting-type gym gave you a little bit of trouble.

I actually missed the Fighting gym because Shield has Ghost gym instead. Bewear also had Fluffy, almost neutralizing its Fighting weakness since non-contact Fighting moves are rare to see, although that meant more trouble dealing with Fire on a team that already had two mons naturally weak to it :)
