Gen 6 is just PBS files, there's nothing that would make it incompatible with EBS aside from the sprite positioning.

That's the very issue, it seems.
Fun fact: If you plop the gen 6 PBS files into your project first and then install EBS through the UPI, the first 649 Pokemon will be positioned correctly.
