The Ultimate Monotype Challenge

Bug Monotype (I have no clue where I stopped in updates)
-Defeated Team Magma in their base (far too many random encounters, bleh!)
-Defeated Team Aqua
-Defeated Liza and Tate
-Defeated Team Magma again (no blowing up volcanoes)
-Defeated Team Aqua again
-Went to Sky Pillar to wake Rayquaza up
-Defeated Juan after 3 tries. Evil, evil Kingdra using Double Team.
-Went through Victory Road and defeated Barry. Used up all my elixers and ethers in the process. :(

I actually completed this way back before the release of Black and White with Fire and Grass. I'm gonna give the ultimate challenge a go with the Flying type now!

Oh yeah, that would be great. For now, though, I'll be sticking with the Flying challenge, but if you want to add my Fire- and Grass-progress, too, that'd be great, if I decide to finish those :)

Anyway, I'm eager to post my first (and very early) update, so here goes:

HM slaves can be used in battle only if they match your type. If they are anything besides your chosen type, you can carry them around as long as you don't use them to fight any trainers (fighting wild Pokemon is okay, since some Pokemon need to evolve in order to use certain HMs).

Wow, haven't updated in a while, well here's what I've accomplished in the mean time...
Ultimate Dark Monotype Challenge Hoenn Chapter Update:
-Ninjaevolved into aNuzleaf
-Leveled up my Ninja up to 18
-Used HM 01 (cut) on Ninja
-DefeatedLeader Roxanne with just a Nuzleaf that only knows normal type moves, ObtainedStone Badge, epic if I'm gonna toot my own horn.
-Chased down Aqua goon and got back both the Devon Goods and Wingull
-Took a nice boat trip south
-Caught a Sableye, named Gemstone

Finally another update.

I went through the whole Team Galactic stuff, defeated Cyrus and KO'd Giratina.
Went back to Pastoria and to the move tutor to get rid of Juda's Rock Polish for Sucker Punch.
Then I went to Wayward cave and got TM 26 Earthquake!
Gave Earthquake to Rampardos and got rid of Screech.
Went to Sunyshore and got my 8th and final badge. Next update will be the end of Sinnoh!

I do my challenges like that as well. It definitely does help make it more interesting, at least for someone with a short attention span.

I'm going to do a normal challenge along side with the fighting challenge i've been doing. This update will be the Normal one, and the next might be fighting.

Okay, time to get back into making updates. It's been a while, and now that there's no rule that makes it so I can only post LeafGreen until I've finished it then post the others, I'll be updating more frequently. Anyway, I finished the gym for each game so this will be my update on the Cascade Badge

And that I shall try...so I decided to start the Blue portion of my Water Monotype!

Water-type Challenge (Johto): Update 2.5 and (Kanto) Update 1​

Crystal is going a bit slow...so far all that has happened is I cleared the Rocket Hideout (no thanks to Lance) and in doing so, Godzilla evolved! Then I saved...

In Blue, I chose Squirtle and named it (him?) Leonardo. Beat up Bobby the rival and made it to Pewter City were I proceeded to destroy Brock and his silly Geodude and Onix. Cleared Route 3 and 4 and made a deal with The Magikarp Salesman. Named that Krazy Karp Doomkraken. Oh, and Leo evolved! Did a bit of training in Mt. Moon and then saved.
