Agreeing on the terms, your Lilligant undergoes Mega Evolution as you sent out Delphox as your unusual choice. However, the Dark Lilligant also goes under the same process--imbued by black reddish petals, boosting its strength even higher hence the Rogue Forme. Your Mega Lilligant uses Forest Fire on the Dark Rogue Lilligant to everyone's surprise it does not one hit KO as the Dark Lilligant eats a berry to reduce the damage. The evil Professor Beech adjusts her glasses and says 'Lilligant Black Petal Pulse'. The Lilligant fires the blackish petals towards Delphox felling the Kalos starter. You are frustrated that Delphox has fainted and send out Marshall the Chesnaught with the Fightinum Z. The raven haired evil Professor Beech merely smiles and sends out Mandibuzz (Oddly the good Claire Beech has one of them too). As you survey the field you decide to...

... use Helping Hand in an attempt to finish it all in one blow. It may seem too quick, but prolonged battle will just give them the chance to escape from the offensive pressure. However, the opposing Lilligant somehow used the custom move Black Vine Shield, where roots of enchanted vegetation arise from the grounds and protected the side of the field by absorbing the pollution, as if it was functioning like Wide Guard. They were unharmed by the supposed finisher, meanwhile Mandibuzz comes close and used Brave Bird into Chesnaught which knocks him out. She laughed again for the wasted opportunity, you...

...decide to call your friend Giratina. A portal appears and Giratina flies out of it. You ask it if it wants to fight. Giratina looks at both opponents and says it will take both on...alone. You grab a chair, sit down, and watch. Evil Professor Beech starts laughing and orders her Mandibuzz to use Dark Pulse and her Dark Lilligant to use Black Vine Drill. Giratina takes the hits and complains that being hit with such weak moves is no fun. Giratina then counters with its own custom move: Shadow Nosferatu. Despite being not very effective, the attack hits both Pokemon really hard (both are at red HP) and Giratina restores all of its HP. It then unleashes another custom move:

...Shadow Black Hole which finishes off the Dark Lilligant. Dark Professor Beech is unperturbed and tosses her hair and merely says 'Mandibuzz Foul Play.' Turning the Legendary's huge power on itself the Dragon Ghost falls to the Super Effective move. The Evil Professor Beech and her Mandibuzz both laugh Luckily your Mega Lilligant still is in the battle and you send her back out with your Swampert Blue. The Evil Professor Beech sends out a very bulky looking Conkeldurr. Still stunned that the evil Professor Beech found a way to defeat Giratina you order your team to...

...use Giga Drain on Conkeldurr and Ice Punch on Mandibuzz. Both moves are a OHKO and now evil Professor Beech is out of Pokemon. Your Lilligant tosses Max Revives on Giratina, Chesnaught, and Delphox. Giratina laughs and says it wants to fight again. It then grabs evil Beech with its wings, and drags her to Distortion World. You hear her scream as she futilely attempts to escape the shadow dragon's grip on her. The portal to Distortion World closes and Imposter Professor Oak says "Screw this, I'm outta here!" He runs away, and now you can enter the portal to the Realm of Chaos and find the Tower of Hell without any more interruption. Upon entering the realm, the first thing you notice is...
