Appearance

Lilac's a teeny bean. So says her father, who is tall. She is a little stocky, and she barely reaches the same height as cabinets over the stove. She suspects it is her mother's genes at work, or at least her grandpa told her that. Her skin is pale and constantly requires the use of sunblock, even during winter (actually especially during winter, you can never be too careful). Because of that, it's constantly around or on her person, along with a first aid kit in general. Her father is very paranoid, you understand.

To go along with pale skin, LIl's hair is very white and fluffy, made nearly shiny due to her brushing and care. (She's a bit vain, our Lilac). She keeps it long and sometimes plaits it.

Motivation

For Lilac, she's going because she thinks she can be an inspiration to her brother. She thinks if she can be brave enough for him, it will be enough to get him out of his funk and back into doing what he loves. It will also be a fun adventure! That's what she thinks anyway.

Cocoa is easily defined by her natural, genuine dorkiness. She's the one who references television and can be caught humming music of the era. She's also the one who can be caught with her stubby tail straight in the jar of finger paint, or with a sugar cookie in her oversized mouth. She is a somewhat silly creature, who suffers as a result of being a bit too silly for her own good. Not that she's been in much combat, but Lilac has enough for her to know fighting isn't a game. Plotmon, however, not so much.

Plotmon likes the idea of winning, at least when it's Lil. So she doesn't see a problem with being kind of underhanded, even if it seems easy to frown upon. It's a bit of a struggle with Lilac, who wants to often be honest and stop a match because it's unfair. What does it matter if it is? Losing is also rather annoying. She's done her very best and outsmarted you! So why can't she pick up the win? She gets very pouty when she loses.

She does as many things with Lilac as possible, practices when she practices, sleeps when she sleeps, bathes when she bathes. Even with Lilac having to keep the little pup from making messes she shouldn't, she still ends up being dragged along in Cocoa's slightly silly adventures.

By the way, her name comes from her once getting into the cocoa powder. Never again.

So, this might sound weird since I already signed up but... I'm a bit confused now that I'm about to start writing. What for and how and for whom exactly did our characters sign up and get accepted into?

"Once you're accepted, you'll be launched straight into the adventure! Travel the human and Digital Worlds in search of that fired rocket, and come across who 'they' are, and where that city might be, and like your predecessors, save the two worlds from utter destruction!"

Who is searching for the rocket and why? And... Where do our characters start? o: Sorry for being so confused and not straightening these things out earlier. I only just realized now that I thought I'd write something, that I have no clue as to how to begin.

No, no it's okay! I was wondering if I was vague there (I wrote this thing really late at night and was trying to be a bit general so I didn't assume everyone lives where there's a secretary of state office)

Basically, you can think of what happened as applying for the military: your character applied to be allowed to fight alongside their Digimon in combat situation. So your character will be going to what amounts as either a recruitment agency, or a governmental office and explaining you signed up for this, and then you will be taken to the Digital World for your first combat test.

As for who is searching for the rocket, the basic answer is the Digimon version of NATO because the entire world saw this 'rocket' and the vision of what had been overhead for a brief moment of time. So, it will take a big of time for your characters to get together as a team, but after these first couple of prompts, you should have your chance. Unless you guys look at SUs, decide people are close enough to each other that you can have a JP, which please don't hesitate to do so.

Cool! It would be the first time though, and I kind of want the first time sassy/angry Gazimon evolves into angelic Angemon to be special. So I might save it for another time and have Gazi try to fight the enemy in his child form. And probably need help from other digidestined to survive...!
