    • I could see that becoming an actual Pokemon, the concept is much better then some of Sinnoh's and Unova's.

    • And it evolves into Torpone, at which Point it gains the Water-type, in addition to Rocket. It is a Torpedo dressed in a similar wardrobe that shoots through the water, enabling moves like Aqua Jet and Waterfall.
