I could see that becoming an actual Pokemon, the concept is much better then some of Sinnoh's and Unova's.

Anyway, the species: The Soccer Ball Pokemon, because I can't think of anything else to match that.

Goabal

an odd Pokemon resembling a football, it angrily attack anybody that tries to kick him.

Two Goabal that rely upon one another in a manner similar to that of Klink's two gears.

It's name shall be Missilpone. It is a missile wearing clothing reminiscent of Al Capone's wardrobe in the 1920s.

And it evolves into Torpone, at which Point it gains the Water-type, in addition to Rocket. It is a Torpedo dressed in a similar wardrobe that shoots through the water, enabling moves like Aqua Jet and Waterfall.

Tosscreen shall evolve into Megadef, which resembles a huge high definition TV.
