I could see that becoming an actual Pokemon, the concept is much better then some of Sinnoh's and Unova's.

Next Type will be ... Soccer

an odd Pokemon resembling a football, it angrily attack anybody that tries to kick him.
 
New Type: Rocket

too lazy to think of any other more awesome types..
 
And it evolves into Torpone, at which Point it gains the Water-type, in addition to Rocket. It is a Torpedo dressed in a similar wardrobe that shoots through the water, enabling moves like Aqua Jet and Waterfall.
 
Check out the first page, you should name it's species first.

It shall be called... Tosscreen. It throws stuff when infuriated. :D
