Hello one and all to Member of the Year 2013! PokéCommunity's esteemed annual event allows you, the members, to vote for who you want to be the members of the year in a variety of different ways. You can choose who is the funniest, the most inspiring blogger, highlight who has the best taste in avatars, signatures, etc. and you can do it all right here. All you have to do is read below, fill out your ballot, and drop it in this thread.

Following last year's theme, there will be section-specific categories, meaning each participating forum section will have their own set of questions for their regulars - or anyone that wants to participate! - to vote in! Section-specific categories will be linked here in a master list so you can quickly navigate to the appropriate section and fill out your ballots there.

Best Contribution To The Section Maruno, for continuing work with the foundation of the section.
Most Helpful Venom12, he always seems to be helping various projects with scripting throughout the year.
Best Resource Contributor FL., always chipping in with resources.
Most Anticipated Game Pokémon Litharreon by Saving Raven, he has a lot of cool ideas and he is quickly progressing both in development and as a developer.

I had a hard time deciding what game I anticipate most, mainly because it is hard to get excited about fan-games for me because of the number of games that never reach completion. Pokémon Litharreon shows a good amount of progress as I see it, along with compelling material.

I did not vote for the Most Likely To Actually Complete Their Game, as it is a hard category to vote for in this area. I could not find a game that had a balance of progressive speed as well as evidence of devotion over time.

Even excluding that he is the Essentials head since 2011 (the kit that more of 90% of the devs use) and it's the only mod of this section, he still made notable contributions for this place this year.

Most Helpful: Maruno and Nickaloose
These two stands out because both answered dozens of questions.

Made insteresting scripts.

Most Likely To Actually Complete Their Game: DarkDoom3000
This year no one is near of completion, but DarkDoom3000 stands out for the continuous releases of new versions and the long time with this project and Game Development section.

Most Anticipated Game: Pokémon Mint, Pokemon Reborn and Pokémon Litharreon.
Just the ones that I liked most.
