Sylest's hair unexpectedly changed into a Platinum hue when she interacted with her guardian spirit and her eyes burned a crimson color. She wears a modified, black suit(? *insert name* I forget what that suit is called) with a light brown one-piece skirt over it. She covers herself with a knee-length, large, black cloak used mainly to shield herself from prying eyes. Her constitution can bear high amounts of stamina and stress but when physically damaged by outside forces, she can't take too many heavy hits or she'll be doomed. Sylest's ambidexterity is one key point of her success as a thief along with her speed, which one can attest to why Zeig was bound to her. She also carries a medium-sized brown knapsack with her and her boots are dark brown. The pendant she wears is exactly the same as the crest on a Houndoom.

Transformation:
When the situation is dire enough, the transformation beckons them. Sylest's crimson eyes begin glowing and her facial expressions become much more fierce and malice filled. A circlet of platinum encircles her forehead and arches like the horns of a Houndoom as it goes behind her head and her platinum hair turns jet black. Sylest's fingernails grow out longer and sharper as well as her teeth. She can still differentiate friend from foe but to stop herself she must be knocked out or given flesh to calm her, usually the latter.

Personality:
A defiant and exceptional thief before her great encounter, Sylest's meeting with Zeig has brought about her change to good albeit slowly. With her new found feelings of self-justice, Sylest's first change was to help children like her in the past. Knowing full well what the harsh world has in store for children was something she did not want them to suffer through. Sylest still holds a deep distrust of adults because they aren't as innocent or truthful as they pose themselves to be, something she has seen too often. She is still cautious of those around her age but she is learning to connect actions with thoughts. Punishing evil isn't exactly her thing, but she won't turn a blind eye to those in need of help. The lack of Trust is one fundamental issue in the post-apocalyptic world and there lies the true challenge for Sylest. Trust often goes hand in hand with loyalty or friendship, and to them both, "Friends" is truly a rare commodity in the world as well as something that Sylest wants more of despite Zeig's grief.

Zeig's unique bantering has begun to restore much of Sylest's emotions, in that most of them are the negative kind that she is exposed to, but she is still grateful to her guardian spirit. That also leads to her inability to correlate emotions when they mean something other than their face value, such as crying when feeling happy or a sarcastic laugh. Zeig is usually the one to sniff them out but he tries to let Sylest deal with her flaw as best as she can, naive as some might call it. She can't express herself freely as it is still a work in progress, but Zeig once said, "Even I'd blush if she smiled like that," when Sylest smiled for the first time. Sylest comes off as a shy and quiet person when approached always keeping to herself with her aloof attitude but she doesn't actually mind conversing, worrying only with what she could reply back, leading to another reason why Sylest is incapable of long conversations with various context. Her love of cute things or objects, such as children, is somewhat of a toxin to her, which has led them both into dangerous territory more than once. Note: She also enjoys playing ninja. Sylest tries to go about her regular days as unnoticeable to the general populace as she can since meeting people meant risking cutting something resulting in going berserk. Not many has seen her dark side but those who know of it are fearful beyond reasoning.

Sylest's many close encounters with the end of a blade has been deeply embedded into her body and soul so rarely does she hesitate when her life is threatened by another. Blood was inevitable in her line of work and it has also become somewhat of a burden to her as well. Though the effects aren't instantaneous, Sylest can become either frightened or crazed upon skin contact with blood 'other than her own', only the adrenaline of battle can suppress it momentarily, so she keeps herself covered or away from it at all times. Zeig's fusion with her also amplifies the crazed disorder leading to her extreme cannibalistic nature. Sylest abhors herself when she eats someone but it was a way of life she had to lived through.

History:
Orphaned at a young age, Sylest was bounded by anonymity with none a clue or knowledge of her own family, as if it was erased from the world. Alone and wandering, the neighborhood where Sylest unexpectedly found was filled with many orphaned children like her and a matron whom had never had a child of her own but deeply loved children. That small peace was but a precursor to the wickedness and unjust world that lurked just beyond Sylest's gaze. Sylest's home was attacked by unknown assailants with only a single motive in mind, the eradication of useless children. 'Why?' was a question that could not be answered for Sylest at the moment as she tried her best to save her new family only to fall into despair at her own shortcomings of being but a child. They came and left leaving no one alive save for Sylest, who was hidden from all eyes in a secret compartment that housed old, decaying containers. Alone and stripped of her newfound home, Sylest became defiant. She resorted to thievery to get what she needed, failing countless times in the beginning only to further deeper her knowledge and honing her skills. The years went by and home to Sylest was wherever she wanted it to be. She didn't need to provide for herself when she could steal from others to satisfy her physical wants and needs, and her emotions... well it was something she left behind, something she wouldn't need in the hell bound world before her.

At the age of 12, the repetitious dealings of a thief began to grow dull for Sylest. She became unmotivated and the thoughts of a future other than being a thief grew heavily. As she began pondering those many thoughts, a warm humming caught Sylest's attention. It was indescribably soft and held a motherly feeling that she had once felt before. Drawn to the sound like the smell of sweet honey, it encouraged Sylest to searched high and low for this mysterious melody. Days of searching led to weeks that pulled her towards what was suppose to be Mt. Coronet where a crystal formation had protruded from the ground. There the sound grew into something so harmonious Sylest became entranced and unconsciously offered herself towards the divine formation. Stopping just before the opening of a giant chasm, a voice rang in Sylest's head. There she met Zeig, the Houndoom. Zeig, as roughly mannered as could be, offered Sylest an explanation of their meeting which eventually led her to her new mission in life, Justice. It wasn't, however, justice to the world but more of justice to herself. In her eyes with her power, could she justify the right from the wrong? Something she couldn't do then could be possible now and there in lies the way to her own redemption... or even identity. Little did she know, the fleeting moments from her past would be the gateway to the enemy of her future. And so it begins... 2 years later... the meeting of them...

Pokéspirit Personality:
Rude, belligerent and insensitive are a few of many words Sylest can describe Zeig with. Always mouthing off at any and everything, Zeig's pride has a knack of putting himself above others, which usually is all the time. His surprisingly analytic mind is one of the reasons why Zeig can be how he is. Cautious and wary of almost anything foreign to him and Sylest, Zeig dislikes making acquaintances and dutifully drills it into Sylest when he has the chance which in turn annoys Sylest. Despite it all, keeping each other safe is his most important duty he has given to himself, not that he'd blatantly tell it to Sylest. He does enjoy a good fight once in a while. He is extremely bothered by crying children.

Zeig:
Zeig's Early Bird ability has surprisingly passed on to Sylest in that regardless of how much she sleeps, she tends to get up before first light, just after first light, or because of Zeig's loudly boredom.
Despite not having a Pack to lead, Zeig's hunter sense is acutely transferred to Sylest when they bond, which in turns gives way to her extreme hunting abilities but also... a hunger for flesh. (Too bad I can't be a zombie.) When bonded, she becomes Cannibalistic despite her humanly urges though she tries to fight it with it being... inhumane and all.

Opening Post: (404 words :D )

The silhouette of a curled, young teen laid sleeping in an alcove hidden by vines in a decaying wall. The teen was tightly wrapped with a small, black, fleece blanket too small to cover the feet and occasionally shuttered with the whips of the breeze. The sun was starting to peek behind the mountain-filled horizon ushering the start of a new day, but not for the sleeping teen.

"... ... Hmph... ... ... ... Cockadoodle~ Wake Up!" shouted a loud voice. A small groan responded to the call before the teen shuffled to and fro and finally sat up. A small yawn escaped the lips before platinum hair softly pummeled it's owner's face.

"... Uuuu... ... do you have to be so loud? ... Yaaawwwn..." the female voice asked while stretching. Her eyelids slowly opened but closed instinctively when encountering the sun's rays that dove between the vines.

"Well Sylest, that was my occasional morning icebreaker. I'll keep you updated." Zeig confidently reminded her, which made her groan again. Sylest roused herself awake completely within a matter of seconds before she stuffed the brown knapsack beside her with the now folded blanket and scattered personal belongings. Shouldering the pack on her right as well as holding a black cloak, Sylest stood and with her left arm, parted the vines before stepping out. The moist ground sunk softly under her brown boots causing Sylest to pause for a moment as she took a large breath of the morning air.

"... Cough... well... it's better than most places..." Sylest commented about the air before wrapping herself with her black cloak and fixing her hood. A chill shot down her spine the moment her fingers left the hood. It was an omen... but was it good or bad? Sylest shivered and shook it off.

"Hm... ... Something feels... different today..." Sylest seriously stated hoping to get something from Zeig.

"Eh... feels like another day where you meet weird people like you always do... ... I just hope it's not one where we see a bunch of crying kids..." Zeig sounded tormented as he finished. Sylest chuckled. There weren't many things that bothered Zeig but one thing that did... was kids crying. Reasons why weren't told but it just didn't stick well with him.

"I hope not... for both our sake." Sylest added before staring ahead. She fixed her gear once more before setting off towards the nearby town.

Name: Oriana

Title: The Sun Lifter

Sex:Female

Appearance: Height: 4"7 Weight: 90lbs. Also has red wings that she can use to fly.

Personality: Oriana is a proud and arrogant child. She enjoys boasting, stealing, and games. She doesn't have contempt for all adults, and she usually makes sure to steal equally from both kids and adults, but she does have a problem with the cult that has arose. Oriana wants to have a better world, and would love to see everyone live in a world similar to the past (especially since the quality of things she can steal will be better).

Oriana's main flaw is her pride. She is prone to proving herself to anyone and anything that seems to be challenging her. She also will start a fight if her former guardian is mentioned in any disrespectful way. She has an easy time expressing her feelings, and she can be very kind if you are one her good side.

Her view of death is very skewed. She is not afraid to die, and actually looks forward to an honorable death. She also has no problems with taking a life, because anybody that dies in a fight to her is honorable. She only mourns for people she sees as close.

History : Oriana was born a slave, and remained one for a majority of her life. As a slave she was obediant and hard working, she saw labor as a way to prove her strength. She was often put to work with the boys, doing more manual labor, and she was often ounished for getting into fights. When she turned eleven, she heard rumors of kids gaining the abilities of long dead creatures, and the more she heard of it, the more excited she was to gain some for herself.

She got her chance when one of the users freed the slaves at her encampment. The user was a girl only a year older than her who wore red and fought using electricity. The girl was named Spark, and captured the respect and admiration of the young Oriana. Before Spark could fly off, Oriana grabbed hold of her and refused to let go unless Spark took her in. Spark was reluctant to agree, but gave in when Oriana agreed to fight her if that was what it took.

They traveled to the mountain and Spark forced her to stop. "Children have died at this mountain." She told Oriana, a tone of regret and sadness, "Sisters, sons, daughters, brothers. Some went made with power, others were just bystanders. We were given these powers to recreate the world, remember that." Spark stayed at the base of the mountain, "Your first test is to survive the hike. Die on the way up, or at the top, and it will be better for you, survive and you will have power beyond humans." They ate what Spark had and Oriana began climbing.

Oriana made the treck with ease at first. Though she noticed that there were bodies of dead people near the top of the mountain. They seemed to have been cut up, and none looked like they gave a fight. As she got to the top, she saw why. She witnessed a boy perched on a rock madly looking over the mountainside. She saw another boy approach him, and ask for help. The boy who was perched on the rock only laughed and slew him on the spot. Oriana snuck around him, adding an hour to her climb, and when she reached the top she was given the spirit of of a Blaziken.

As soon as she was granted her power she was faced with the blade of the boy. "Sneak past me eh? Well that don't fly with me! I think it's time you meet the other kids on this mountain." Oriana was unable to do anything, as she could hardly control her powers. That moment was the first time she ever felt fear.

Just as he was about to strike her down, Spark jumped in and kicked him away. "Good job!" She said, "Glad I got here in time." With ease Spark was able to beat the murderer down, and when it was done she threw the monster at the feet of Oriana. "Kill him." She said.

"Why?" Oriana asked, for the first time questioning the motivations of her idol.

"He broke one of the rules." Spark replied, "I will not wait for Arceus to punish him, not when such an action has taken the lives of innocents." She tossed Oriana a knife, "You are to change this world, but we do not get the luxury of dying without blood on our hands. Now that you have that spirit, you are going to have to get used to killing, and be ready to die."

Spark spoke to her with such power that Oriana was completely motivated by it. She was easily able to kill the boy, and with it she was able to receive the spirit of Doublade. They both spent the rest of the day burying the fallen children, ten in all, eleven with the murderer. For an entire year Spark trained Oriana and together they traveled together, freeing slaves and killing those broke the rules. This is where the RP begins.

Pokéspirit Personality (Can be as short or long as you want): Blaziken is rash and quick to judge. He tends to sway toward the most violent options, and is incredibly mean. Oriana also calls him grump because of his cynical demeanor. Both of them get along fine together when they both want to fight.

Doublade is emotionless and silent. When Oriana refers to her, she uses the pokemon's name, but when she refers to the blades, she calls them Spark and Arc (after her mentor and her mentor's twin).

Pokéspirit Moves: Doublade: Swords Dance, Iron Defense, Power Trick, Slash, Swagger, and Shadow Claw (The claw is actually just slashing with the blades)

Blaziken: Flame Burst, Blaze Kick, Fire Blast, Flare blitz, Thunder Punch, Work Up. (All of her attacks from Blaziken are close ranged, she uses his abilities more for unarmed combat.)

Pokéspirit Other (Optional): The swords from Doublade are actually just husks. A special ability from them is that she is able to control them telepathically so that she does not have to use her hands to attack with them. The downside is that her speed is halved and her evasion is reduced by a quarter. Additionally the range is ten feet. It is better used to cover herself while she steals from people. If the one of the blades are separated from her for an extended period of time (about and hour tops), it will disappear and reapear at her side in close to three hours.

Blaziken's special ability is speed boost. Every three minutes she fights using Blaziken's ability's, her speed is increased by 5%. The cap is up to a 50% increase of her original (thirty minutes).

Opening Post: I grasped the shovel in my hands, putting dirt from the pile next to me on the makeshift box. I wiped tears from my face, I never knew I could be this sad. I've had to bury plenty of kids who died in action, and those that died without needing to. It was always easy for me to do it then, so I wondered why I was crying for this one. It took me three hours to do the burial, because my hands kept shaking and I had to force myself to not stop digging.

After I finished I sighed. "We all have to be prepared to kill, and to die." I said. I took out my knife and carved the headstone. I couldn't read or write well, but I did know how to spell names and write a few words.

Here lies Spark, thanks for everything. The stone next to my grave had the name Arc on it, and I smiled sadly. "Born together, and buried together." I reflected on the last words of my former mentor, and the person I was told to seek out. I wiped my face one more time and set off.
