Dragon Form: Twenty feet from the top of her head to the tip of her tail, black scales cover most of Quinn's wyvern body, save her wings and jade eyes. Her thin, prehensile tail takes up around a third of her length, but her wingspan is only about as long as her front legs. Attached from her wrists to her torso is a pair of large, translucent webbings that allow her flight instead of normal wings. Using them to control drafts, Quinn can walk on vertical or even upside-down surfaces, disappearing in an instant in the darker side of her cave.

Human Form: The form she's taken for hundreds of years now, known to many as the Priestess, Quinn is found to be much more inviting as a 5'5 girl who barely looks like an adult. Sporting the same jade eyes as her wyvern self and hair black as night that lays straight to her waist with wide curls in the last few inches, Quinn's regal look is completed with her snow-colored skin and light pink lips.

History: Quinn is the Soul Eater; the God of Death; the Beast; the Priestess; she has been labelled all of these, though most have never seen her true form, and those who have didn't live to tell the tale. She is the dragon others can sense from miles away so they can prepare to hide or flee.

Feeding on energy emanated by all living things, rather than physically eating anything, Quinn lived much of her life in peaceful seclusion, gaining knowledge of the landscape and the world around her through the life she consumed. Many years were spent in a hibernative state in Havenedge's northeastern mountains, and the peaks closest to her cave very slowly lost its wildlife to support her. Dragons had rarely suffered death at her hands, an aura of imminent death flooding their senses just for being near. The few dragons who believed they could survive were met with their own destruction. She was awakened when humanity had begun exploring the mountains, obscured with a black fog, and the cave in which she resided gained a reputation. Explorers and hunters alike found themselves deathly ill and painfully weak getting close to the peak of her mountain. Any who were able to make it to her dwelling were no longer strong enough to will themselves home. As days passed, miners and mages fell as well, finding themselves too close, and eventually Quinn's peak was dubbed "Death's Pike". It became a No Man's Land, for even the most foolhardy, and the God of Death remained unseen.

Humanity created cities around her mountain, and Quinn wanted to know them. She used the intelligence obtained from the humans slain by her Miasma to manufacture a vessel she was comfortable with filling, and sealed her powers within the body, although her fatalistic aura remained. Quinn took up residence in a small place found at a crossroads between Crossbere, Aeroshill and Earthbriar called Dawnridge Town. Popular for its inn and location, it made for the best place to take a break when travelling through the eastern half of Havenedge. However, due to the high volume of dragon slayers that pass through, Dawnridge was subject to frequent dragon attacks. This changed very quickly with Quinn's arrival, and the townsfolk noticed it while the dragon slayers came and went. In their eyes, the young lady appeared to have a sort of power to repel dragons. As she learned about medicine, cooking and almost everything else the citizens had offered to teach, Quinn came to be considered a boon, and was often worshiped as the avatar of a goddess. Her origins didn't matter, and she remained as a permanent resident of the town, a part-home, part-shrine built for her. She took up swordplay and archery, learning from traveling experts, and the knowledge stayed with her as she learned from others. Decades, centuries flew by, Dawnridge grew more prosperous as dragons forever strayed from the town, and their Priestess never grew old. She even had an audience with royalty over multiple generations. The knowledge she provided was practically prophetic and highly valued to hunters and merchants. She consumed sparingly, over 100,000 years in hibernation able to support her for many more to come, using her power to keep her little town on the crossroads safe from harm, and her gentle smile to keep spirits high.

Personality: Kind, protective (maybe a little territorial) and knowledgeable, Quinn is happy to use everything at her disposal to make people happy and keep them safe. She's even found herself willing to kill other dragons that venture too close to her home. Her desire to always do more has led her to picking up every skill her powers allowed, and brought her closer to the humans she guards and guides. Her calm demeanor relaxes the people around her, and the youthful face that belies her being a soul-sucking wyvern helps others get closer to her, as well.

She remembers well what it feels like to physically be a dragon, but it would be a lie to say that she misses it after so many years.

Powers/Abilities: A master of death and a puppeteer of life, Quinn is able to release a black and blue gas from her body with the consistency of a thick mist, permeating the living and dead alike, slowly rotting them to the core until nothing remains, or bending animals to her will. (Humans are still possible, and not all that difficult; it just doesn't feel right to her.) Whenever she uses her Miasma, her skin starts to grow black armor-like scales, and her eyes glow bright. Her ability to extend the fog over an entire mountain is lessened in her human body, though, and her Miasma alone doesn't create the aura of death she emits. More like a miles-wide signal, rather than a physical substance, Quinn's aura acts as a warning to other dragons, telling them that only suffering awaits them for coming any closer.

Aside from immense strength and durability that comes with her being a dragon, she can absorb the knowledge of the living, raiding their histories and knowing everything they know. Over 100,000 years of information—animal migration patterns, languages, etiquette, wars, practically the history of the world—can be found in her mind, accessible in the blink of an eye from as many perspectives as she wants. Magic, too, is at her fingertips, learned from the many mages and dragon slayers that passed through Dawnridge. No element, no spell is out of her reach as long as she has a source of knowledge to learn it. However, she's only as skilled with what she learns as the people she learned it from.

Other: Magic is Quinn's forté, but she can materialise weaponry using the magic she's learned should the need arise.

In his human form Zerachiel stands at six three, has little body fat, and is sculpted with lean muscles from head to toe. His skin is iridescent, smooth, and inhumanly beautiful; he could never hide his true nature even if he wished too. The flow of his hair falls to the middle of his back in a gleaming stream of diamonds and hides the abnormal shape of his ears. His eyes are crimson and slanted. He usually just wears dark pants over his legs. A certain queen a few generations back offering them to him out of kindness.
