    Well, why won't you? Before two days ago I hadn't spriten(?) in two years.
     
    I have icons, shiny's and backsprites for all of them. I will redo some eventually because I'm not happy with them, and most of them will probably get tweaked a bit.

    Shall I remove the pink backgrounds next time?

    Oh wow, these are very well done. Seldom do we see many fakemon that make a successful leap from mind to paper to pixel. Typhodig is adorable. I love the idea of a vole or a blind rodent of sorts covering its eyes with its hands haha. Very clever!

    Thanks so much. Design the base pokemon is something I like to do, but making up evolutions is a little harder. I mostly end up with a bigger version with more a little details.

    If you like doing recolors, try to make your own colours, that really helps giving you a sense of colours. Other things that are fun to do while recoloring is trying to give pokemon the patterns of other. Like drawing the patterns of Latios or latios and a dragonite.

    I'm thinking about making the hippo's not the starters, as I have quite a hard time making the midevolution stand out to it's last. Maybe I'll make this one the mid evo and make a last one, but I don't know how to make him unique compared to this one.

    Meet Hermini and Cradapt.

    Hermini is a pure water type Crablike pokemon, that evolves depending on the location, just like wormadam.

    The First form of it's evolution, Cradapt, is Urban:

    The Second form is Forest:

    There's something about the colors that just attracts to me; or it could just be that yellow and blue are awesome, haha. Still though, those gills look awesome, and generally speaking again, I do like the art you've put up here! Keep it up, yes? C:

    These are really nice! Maybe you could inflate the balloon part of Ballean, and make the 'tail' part that connects the balloon to the Ballean a bit darker to distinguish it and make the 'balloon' part of its tail look more like a balloon.
     
    Yeah, I'm really loving all of these. They're all so unique and inspired and well done. Ghoulder is so incredible. I really adore the whole idea behind it, plus how true it feels to the Pokemon games. I think "believable" is the best term to describe your fakemon. They just belong~ :>

    The tail will stay one colour, because it's supposed to be one thing that Ballean can inflate and deflate to fly, but I will try to make it come out more as a balloon, and less as a bubblegum racoontail.

    Now that I'm uploading it, I'm going to tweak Solvent, I'm not entirely happy with how he turned out, so I'll make the changes before I'll import him into the game. But he'll do just fine showcasing the line.

    I'm thinking about doing them as my fire starter, even though the base stage is dual type. Thoughts?

    Latest batch is simply delectable! I'd really love to see any more additional information you have on these guys, like abilities, what level/how they evolve, typing, and other details like that. :)

    probably cause he's adorable and so realistic<3 i definitely love your work. i always wanted to go into making pixel sprites, just not sure i would be any good at it. lol. i would definitely work on the smaller sprite versions that you have of pluff. they just look too blurry and need more detail. like fairy said, the latest ones are your best.

    I'll add them for the ones I implanted in the first post. Usually it takes a while for a sprite to be implemented so I haven't thought of the details yet. I don't know anything about competitive pokemon though, so abilities are usually the abilities of the pokemon they're based off.

    Start out with fusions, and slowly add more pokemon, and try to make the whole a unrecognizable new pokemon, that's how I practice.

    This sprite is actually an old one, and I guess no one here has seen it. I made it way back in 2012 under the name Giraplatina.
