Who's That Pokémon? (Week 16) - FINISHED

It's time to put your Pokémon knowledge to the test with our weekly contest of "Who's That Pokémon?"! Once a week every Sunday I'll post a zoomed-in section of a Pokémon and it's your job to tell me which Pokémon the art belongs to. All of the art used will be from the Pokémon's official Dream World art and will be a 30x30 px section of the art cropped and zoomed in 8x. Once you think you have an answer, send it to me in a PM and you could be our next prize winner!

• The clue is a 30x30 px section of the Pokémon's Dream World art (found here) cropped and magnified 8x.
• Send Revise Librarian a PM with your answer once you've figured it out - you may answer as many times as you want per week, but only your final answer will count!
• Do not post answers in this thread - you don't want other people to use your answers, do you?
• Feel free to chat about the puzzles and how easy/hard you find them; that's the fun of this game after all!
• Submit your answers by next Saturday (August 1) before 11:00 p.m. EDT if you want them to count!

Good luck, everyone! Starting with Week 13, I added a poll to the contest thread to get an idea of its general difficulty level. I'm always happy to listen to any feedback or suggestions, so don't be shy to vote or post how easy/difficult you found the puzzle! :D

I couldn't figure out the last one, I think I've been looking to much to the top parts of the Pokémon. Who guesses the legs are interesting (or tail in this case)? Let's see if I can find this one.

You have to admit Kingdra's tail was extremely hard to picture. I almost mistook it for a blue Pokemon's arm at some point, but I feel like none of the shades matched it.

I could have sworn that was part of Wynaut. I thought it was an arm, but come to think of it, Wynaut doesn't have arms....

Thanks for sharing that, guys! I'm interested in seeing how this particular puzzle will turn out, so only time will tell. ;D

Last time when I saw Horsea I emntally screamed "THAT'S OUR GUY" but his tail dodn't have the stripe, so I checked Seadra but it wasn't right either because it was the opposite direction so I half-heartedly skimmed through the Johto Pokemon to Kingdra and found it. XD
Anyhow, I have a couple good huesses for this one, but I'll need to check in the morning....

IMO this is easier than what it looks.

Okay, I got this one. The dark grey isn't a very common color, which made it not very hard to find.

Alright everyone, are you ready for the moment of truth? This week's contest is officially over, so it's time to reveal the answer...

There were surprisingly less correct answers for this week's puzzle than the previous week, despite the shade of this week's clue being a tad less common. However, this clue seemed to be a "hit-or-miss" when I made it, which is why I was interested in seeing the results. Anyway, stay tuned for next week's puzzle, which should be coming up tomorrow morning (Eastern Time)! I will either edit this post or make a new post here as soon as the new thread is open.
