Who's That Pokémon? (Week 19) - FINISHED

It's time to put your Pokémon knowledge to the test with our weekly contest of "Who's That Pokémon?"! Once a week every Sunday I'll post a zoomed-in section of a Pokémon and it's your job to tell me which Pokémon the art belongs to. All of the art used will be from the Pokémon's official Dream World art and will be a 30x30 px section of the art cropped and zoomed in 8x. Once you think you have an answer, send it to me in a PM and you could be our next prize winner!

• The clue is a 30x30 px section of the Pokémon's Dream World art (found here) cropped and magnified 8x.
• Send Revise Librarian a PM with your answer once you've figured it out - you may answer as many times as you want per week, but only your final answer will count!
• Do not post answers in this thread - you don't want other people to use your answers, do you?
• Feel free to chat about the puzzles and how easy/hard you find them; that's the fun of this game after all!
• Submit your answers by next Sunday (August 23) before 9:00 a.m. EDT if you want them to count!

Good luck, everyone! Starting with Week 13, I added a poll to the contest thread to get an idea of its general difficulty level. I'm always happy to listen to any feedback or suggestions, so don't be shy to vote or post how easy/difficult you found the puzzle! :D

Hi guys! Just like last week, feel free to discuss and/or speculate about the upcoming "special" week 20!

To summarize what we have already discussed, there seems to be support for a "Sugimori Week," in which the source material is taken from Ken Sugimori's artwork (found here), rather than the Dream World art that we've been using up until now. I'm most likely going to stick with this idea unless all of the support shifts elsewhere, which I don't think will happen at this point.

Of course, I'm totally open to any kind of suggestions if there's ever another special week after Week 20 (possibly Weeks 25 and/or 30, but that isn't confirmed yet), so feel free to let me know if you have any cool ideas! ^^

Ahh, it was Malamar! That was hard, but that's not necessarily a bad thing! Now to start the hunt for this weeks!

The clue reminded me to a hamburger somehow. But yeah, there's no hamburger Pokémon.

According to the poll as well as the feedback I received, it seems that this week's puzzle swayed towards the harder side of the spectrum. I wanna give a huge shoutout to everyone that has made it this far. But putting that aside, it looks like we finally reached the destination that we've been waiting for... Week 20, AKA the Sugimori week! I'll be sure to post that up shortly after, though it might take me a bit since I'll need to make significant revisions to the first post (in order to accommodate for the differences and whatnot).
