Base 100 allows it to tie with Scarf Palkia after one DD, and it does hurt, not as much as Rayquaza but Mence still hurts in Ubers. I never tried it but I saw damage calcs. It's still an inferior Rayquaza mostly though.

I'd rather use Rayquaza, if only for Air Lock. Ubers revolve around Kyogre and Groudon for their weather iirc.

I agree. Intimidate is lol in Ubers. Can be useful for things like Groudon and such but it doesn't really help.

It is compared to Kyogre. Sure it has more coverage, but most people would choose Kyogre because it not only has a type advantage but also STAB to go along with it.
