How is the plot?

The plot is pretty open ended, so to say. It follows the life of the main character (guy in my theme) as he ventures from his teenage years into adulthood. Clannad has slice-of-life mostly, with a hint of supernatural in it. It has lots of humor in it, but it's also probably the saddest show I've ever watched in the end xD;

Oh yeah, Counterfeit has watched it too, hasn't he.
