Well, there's always the Sky Tower in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon world. Or in the Concealed Ruins in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2/3 world. Or in Volcano Cave in Almia. Or in Mt. Pyre floors 4-6 and the Summit or Routes 121 & 123 in Hoenn. Or in the Safari Zone in Johto.

/I think that covers all of my locations
