"The Delegate for Interior & Traffic in the Community of Madrid has said 'The weather conditions can now only improve'. Two highways are blocked, four require snow chains and all the roads in the city have several traffic jams. The bus lines aren't working properly, two underground lines aren't working and other two have their overground stations out of service. Several flights have been canceled and the airport 'looks like a good place to practice skiing'. The high speed train lines are suspended, and the regular lines have a maximum speed of 100 km/h. People are encouraged not to travel unless absolutely necessary, and never by car."
