English summertimes are weird though. We can have days where it's so hot that the roads melt, then a couple of days later we'll be drowning in torrential rain. English weather always has been so unpredictable. But if you would've come to England last summer, it would've been different. The majority of last summer was really hot and dry, there were even drought warnings and hosepipe bans in some places.

To be honest, I don't think too many people would go to a club by themselves..XD I know I wouldn't, anyway. And there's more types of alcohol than just beer. Most of my friends drink either alcopops or spirit mixes (vodka and coke etc), and they taste quite nice, especially alcopops. You wouldn't even realise that there was actually alcohol in those.

o.o Wow~~ @@ Yeah, I went two years ago ._. And it was always so dark and damp~ So I didn't like it much because I was expecting a nice hot sun X3; But oh well~

o.o Yeah, I understand that not many people go by themselves.. but I'm just saying that I wouldn't go with just a bunch of friends because I'd be scared that they'd abandon me ._. (When I went to New York for a school trip, a bunch of friends who I knew but were that close of friends ditched me at the church we were visiting ._. And.. I didn't know my way back ._.; Luckily there was a policeman there to lead me in the right direction.. otherwise I dunno what I'd do .__.;;..) But.. yeah~
o.o And I don't like other types of alchohol either ._.; Maybe alcopops sound good, but I don't like vodka or anything like that~ @@ The only thing I drink are Coolers.. and only the peach-flavoured one.. ._. but they're VERY low in alchohol.. (Like 0.5% in every bottle ._.;~)

o.o Really?~ @@ Well, I guess the winters here haven't been that cold, either ._. Snow just started falling just after Christmas.. and usually it starts in early November o.o And it usually lasts until late March~ ._. But we still have to wear coats outside because it's pretty cold regardless~~ @@;;

It was so cold a couple of months ago, I was riding my bike at like 6am and my hands froze to the handlebars. I had to peel them off, tearing off a layer of skin in some places. And that was in the south of England too. Even now, I wear two jackets going out and I still shiver.

Kura, with alcopops, you really can not taste the alcohol in them until you've had about 6-7 in a relatively short period of time. Before then, it just tastes like a flavoured fizzy drink. And alcopops are about 5% alcohol content, same percentage as a lot of lagers.
 
I walk to school without a jumper, but still usually with a jacket.. Just don't like the school jumpers. I felt cold, but I meant bearable. As in, not in any danger of freezing. I don't know.. I just don't get cold sometimes.

Oh, I always wear my school sweater in the winter @@; I get cold really easily~ X3 Even now I'm pretty cold and it's supposedly fairly warm in this room~ @@;
 
One of my hands is cold. That's really it. And I have a radiator like a metre away from me.
I find my school jumper uncomfortable with the shirt. And I don't like how it looks, either.

And, we had like one day of snow here last week. Probably the only one we'll get all year. At least it was good snow... But it melted by the afternoon.
 
Yeah, I never wore a school jumper either. I hated having to wear them over shirts, it was just uncomfortable.

I was riding to work at that time, my work hours were 6am-2pm.

Eheh, I started drinking alcohol regularly when I was about 15, so I guess I developed a taste for it early. Cider, lager and vodka I now have a taste for. Unlike a lot of people, I can drink vodka straight without nearly making my head explode.
 
I haven't had much alcohol at all yet. I got mildly drunk when I went on holiday last year.. That was quite fun, actually. I don't really like alcohol yet. Not tried much. And I can't see myself getting into it. I could be wrong.

@@ Yeah.. once I asked for a Strawberry Dacatri with no alchohol in Jamaica ._. But I took a big sip and they put like.. triple the alchohol and gagged and I almost threw up X3;; Yuck~

You are only 14 though. XD And I remember saying when I was 12/13 that I'd never get drunk or drink alcohol a lot because I assumed that I'd instantly develop a beer gut and become lazy. And sport was a -huge- part of my life at that time, so I intended to stay away from it. Then I realised I could drink alcohol and still stay fit with exercise.

And when I got drunk with my friends for the first time, we had so much fun, despite not really doing anything. I mean, we weren't drinking -that- much back then, just enough to tip us over the edge. And it just made everything really funny for a few hours, before we sobered up again a few hours later.

._. Neh~ I don't hang out much with friend IRL~ @@ Every time I wanna hang out or anything.. they all say they're busy.. ._. and then I read on their LJ or something that they were just on the computer or playing videogames or something ._. So it's pretty depressing..

._. Soo.. I don't think I'll ever get drunk with friends and get all giddy or anything~ -3- I'm pretty giddy without alchohol anyways.. so I wouldn't think I needed it~ @@;

You have a point. I'll see what happens. I don't have any reasons not to drink alcohol, just doesn't seem really enticing. Sweets seem to give me a similar effect, anyway~
 
I don't think I'll ever be getting drunk, or I hope not to. XD; I'd hate to see what I'd be like drunk. And I already know that I don't like beer, but there are other types of alcohol that I like. The last time I had it was on my grade 8 graduation night. :x Wasn't enough to get me drunk, though. I was with about 5 of my classmates at the time, and it was at like, 3:00 in the morning.
 
I've only drank a little bit on occasions (e.g. Christmas and such XD), I'm a lightweight to alchohol so if I just have a little bit of wine I go really weird XD;

But I wouldn't think people who're willing to get drunk like that are the really shy people ._.; And.. sometimes I like shy people better than people who just throw themselves at everything and are loud and talkative..
._. Like.. in my opinion.. it's not the 'real' side of people.. it's the skewed side of people ._. Because a shy person would just.. really be shy ._.;
Like.. with me ._. I rather be shy than crazy and loud.. ._. and I wouldn't think my real self is really that talkative..

Yeah, but you're only 13 at the moment. XD I swear, some of you guys seem to expect to be heavyweight drinkers at such an early age. It took me about 3 years to be able to handle a large amount of alcohol in one night. XD

Where is that, though? In England, it's not uncommon for 13-15 year olds to have been drunk at least once in their lives. Well, in the area I live, anyway. But that's probably because alcohol was so easily accessible to us, we just walked into a specific shop and bought it, no questions asked by the shopkeeper. They were just glad to make a sale.

People around where I live start drinking when they're about 13. Quite a few of my friends have been drunk already. :x They can't walk into a store and just buy it, though, obviously. They take it from their parents.

Not me, though, because I'm a good girl and beer tastes like crap. D:
