I got the Typhlosion picture from the Bulbagarden website. It looks like it's using Flame Wheel.

I think you are right. Maybe Typhlosion is using Fire Blast. But it's using Flame Wheel.

can i join? typhlosion is one of my very favorite pokemon ^_^

my typhlosion's nickname is Phlair. like 'flare' but altered letters so it keeps the 'ph' sound and letters from the original name and the ending has more personality.

and my moveset is:
-flamethrower
-earthquake
-fire wheel
-swift (or quick attack)

i was thinking about changing it up a bit though, i'll have to see.

i think in the picture typhlosion is most likely preparing to use flame wheel (because that's when the pokemon actually cloaks themselves in fire and rushes at the foe, and this typhlosion is on all fours, like he's ready to attack) or is going to get hit by fire blast and it's showing the move from the other pokemon's perspective. his mouth isn't open so i don't think typhlosion is the one actually using fire blast.
