And isnt there already fire blast so would flame blast be needed?

Why do you like Typhlosion?
The main reason is because it's so cute! You don't see many final stages like that (in a three-stage evolution line).

Effects: Can use while frozen to thaw. Hits both opponents. Has a 30% chance to burn.

Typhlosion shoots a flare that explodes on contact with the foe.

Yes, it is needed. Because I can't think of any fire attack for Typhlosion, so I think of this one called Flame Blast.

Thanks, Skii. I wanted to have a powerful move, but didn't want it to come without some payback. So that's why the Burn status change is there, to try and deter it from being overused.

What is the perfect nickname for Typhlosion?
My personal favorites for a Typhlosion are Lasair and Turbine. Turbine is pretty self-explanatory as to why it fits the Fire-type. And "lasair" is the Gaelic word for "fire".
