Nope... it cant learn Thief. But I suppose using say Quick Attack would suffice.
 
I say the one that changes item with it's Foe.
Linoone can learn it.
Found it using that in Battle Frontier.

Yeah but Jolty cant learn that. Maybe a combo of Agility and Helping Hand could steal the homework ^_^

I dont really like using trick a lot... Its one of those moves I just dislike.

Quick attack is good. 83 Its always better to be quick than a theif. But I suppose a theif would be quick too. XD

It could use agility first to make it even quicker to steal the homework ^^

Flarey could help in firesquad too IMO, sure it is not water type, but it's flash fire is useful to scout whether there is still a victim inside a building. Beside it could learn rain dance ; ) (actually all eeveelutions can)

And sand attack can chuck sand onto the fire to put it out~
 
I wonder what will happen in pokemon world (not in game) when a pokemon baton pass... If it directly go to pokeball it even make escaping easier for him
 
I'm pretty sure it does, something like it returns to its Pokeball immediately, and a new Pokemon replaces it.
