TV 13 Reasons Why

This show's all the craze among my friends now, and I recently finished it. So dark. Some really dark stuff. What's your thoughts on it?

I spoiled myself. I would watch it but I don't have time to binge watch a serie tbh

I hate myself because it's exam period and I should have been studying but I needed a break so I ended up watching it in 2-3 days. I didn't really expect to find it very interesting but I liked the way the story was presented and was curious to see how it ended.

I kept my eyes closed for the majority of the suicide scene and wasn't really a fan of the ending, though. They're probably aiming for a second season but I'd have preferred it if they'd just finished it with one last episode (for the last tape).

okay some thoughts ish

I felt so bad for Hannah's parents when they found her, especially her mom. It just broke my heart.
The show having a second season might not happen since there's no sequel to 13 reasons why (I think). But if a second season does happen, it wil probably not be as drawing as the first season since it'll just be more of the aftermath & closure of the first which could get pretty redundant and boring.

Clay being on the tapes was such a shit move of Hannah. Even though she states that his name doesn't belong on the tapes, I don't see the point of her making a tape about him. She could've of just easily mentioned why she was in that room in the first place & etc. :/

Yeah and Tony being all "you killed Hannah" and "it gets worse" smh

The rape scenes were terrifying :/

I was kind of disappointed by some of the acting if I'm being honest. I'm not really a stickler for it usually but some things were kind of jarring. The ending made me so irritated, it just felt really rushed and like it was all an afterthought. I'm hoping they wrap it up in like a two-hour special or something of the like rather than another season.

Yeah, I honestly thought all of these petty things would keep piling up until Clay was the last one and did something not bad at all but Hannah was just messed up at that point and took it the wrong way (as she did with Zach tbh, he did zero wrong omg) but SUDDENLY RAPE omfg what even, the other things didn't even come close)

Currently on episode 4, really enjoying it so far and really interested to see how certain storylines develop!

Honestly, I have mixed feelings. I love the actors and the filming that's A1. It's just i felt they really make it seem like suicide is alright if you blame other people for it.

I legit can't imagine living without Netflix or Spotify these days. I hope you find a way to watch it eventually. After reflecting some upon this show, I must say it was far from the greatest thing ever, plotwise, but it was quite enjoyable for most of the ride.
