— How This Works

The PokéCommunity League is a team tournament, and the goal is to get inducted into the Hall of Fame. The competition is split up into seasons. Each season is focused on one metagame, and every battle done in that season must be performed in said metagame. During a season there is a primary tournament to decide which team wins. The season ends once the primary tournament is over, then a new season starts.

Every season uses the following timeline:

— Sign-up Phase

There are sign-up phases at the beginning of each season, and during this users may participate in the PC League by creating or joining teams. Each team has their own distinct name and Pokémon mascot. All teams have equal roster amounts. Teams usually consist of 5-7 members, but that depends on how many people we have in the PC League. Once the sign-up phase ends, you may not switch teams until next season.

— Primary Tournament

The primary tournament is a team vs team round-robin tournament. Each round is made up a single bracket with one team vs another, another team vs another, etc. Once every team has battled each other, the winner of the season is decided by however many rounds they won. If two teams have the same scores by the end of the tournament, they will face off in a final match to determine the winning team.

• BC's General Battle Rules (which includes the standard clauses)
• PC Battle Server only.

• 6v6 Singles
• Best of Three (Participants battle each other three times. The one who wins the most out of those battles moves onto the next round.)

You folks better group up into teams soon. Like I said in the first post, I'm looking for three (or four if we get more sign-ups) teams of five people.

Also:

Update: I have increased the amount of spots to 20 if there's anyone still thinking about joining. Keep in mind that participants assigned with the numbers 15-19 will get disqualified if we don't get enough to people to fill up all 20 spots.

Remember, you don't really need to be good at BW NU. This might be a good chance to get better at it anyway. The more sign-ups, the better.
