    Hi everyone, I'm simply a guy from Iceland looking to finish his Pokedex and found this forum. I think capturing them all is a time consuming challenge and I only have 1 friend still playing so it makes for an interesting journey for me.

    I bought OR and a 2DS in March but I've played since RBY on my Gameboy Colour/GB Advance/SP and DS through all of the other games. I got attached to Silver when I was younger and I played it religiously and it was the only one I actually had a go at trying to catch all the Pokemon in and was only missing 8. Turned it on a few months ago and the battery had dried out so I was pretty devastated to say the least, all my old pokes are watching me from above though I guess...

    I got inspired to catch them all about 10 days ago and I dusted the old 2DS and OR, and went on a new adventure. So far I've got 205 caught in the Hoenn Dex and 376 caught in the National.

    Hopefully some of you can help me achieve what has been my goal since back in 96', to actually catch them all!

    Not often I see someone from Iceland around these forums, but hey it's awesome to have cultural diversity. I hope you're doing great yourself, Veddi!

    Like what was suggested, the Trade Corner section is your go-to place for all your trading needs so definitely look around there and see what interests you. It does suck your Silver lost its save, especially with all the Pokemon you had collected on it but hopefully you'll be able to achieve your current Pokedex goal in OR/AS very soon.

    Yo its great that you've joined. You're tackling quite a difficult task but as said there will be plenty of people here who can help you out. Not much else to say that hasn't been covered by above friendly characters. Have fun and look around you never know there's a lot here and you might find something you really like.

    Iceland? That's... Cool B-) I'm from Sweden myself! North represent?

    I have never finished a pokedex in a game haha, so I'd be very impressed if you did. With trading here on PC, I suppose it's perfectly possible. I wish you good luck and also hope that you'll find other things you like around here. See you :)
