New manga tells origin of Pok?mon, shows unused designs

Props to Cherrim for doing translations - check them out, and the prototype Pokemon! First time we've seen some of these, which is super neat imo.

I'm definitely gonna pick this manga up when I'm in Japan. It seems really cute and I'd love to learn more details about how he came up with Pokemon. I mean, we've known the vague details for decades from interviews and whatnot, but this just feels so much more personal.
