By the color of it and how it looks i suspect that in the show it will be a ice/ground typing

By the looks of it, I would say it's a the pre-evolution of that legendary Pokémon of the second SV DLC. I wonder what role will it play in the anime.

Agreed on likely being a pre-evolution of Terapagos.

Expected Terapagos to be something like Arceus and Silvally with type-changing Tera shards. Complicates that with a pre-evolution. Lacks all of the type icons on its shell that its evolution has. Could be a baseline Rock-type. Bases that on the Tera Crystal shell. Describes that as Rock-ish, much like Carbink.
