I did watch something called fox kids while growing up.. Sailor moon and digimon and all that.. Is this the same company??
Um....no. Not Sailor Moon anyway- that was Toonami on Cartoon Network. Digimon was on Fox Kids though, and I curse Saban for merging with them....I did watch something called fox kids while growing up.. Sailor moon and digimon and all that.. Is this the same company??
Yeah, like I said- because Disney got the rights. And you know they argued with the Saban part of Sensation for 3 years over bringing the next season to the U.S.? But Disney refused because it was 'too violent' (look who's talking- anyone who's watched all their ealier movies up to Tarzan know what I mean). So Toei picked it up, which is good, but its just like a Zatch Bell copy. But I suggest you watch the new season- its almost (ALMOST) as good as the first 2 seasons...just do yourself a favor and watch the Japanese dub -_-I am so glad this is going. They destroyed one piece for me. I loved the unedited version and watched the dub and well it was awful. They changed everything. So glad they gone.
I liked the original few series of Digimon. Haven't watched it in ages though. I stopped after the series with Guilmon. Got sort of rubbish after that.
Why NOT? Besides, sadly, they arent going away completely- their moving to replace KidsWB(which became crap anyway once they got rid of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!)...at least thats what I've heard, but we wont know until 12/27/08, now will we?nooooooooooooooo!
why did it have to happen now??
Why not next year?? :'(
nope, none of the above. Except for Power Rangers, but that was back when it was Fox Kids.Oh, too bad. I think this is the station that Pokemon and Power Rangers used to come on aswell as Captain Planet and Animaniacs and LooneyTunes. :(
Actually no....Fox wont be airing any more cartoons/anime/childrens programming...supposedly.Perhaps now, Fox will be forced to get OFFICIAL dubs from companies like Funimation. Or maybe they'll cut a decent deal with Nick or Disney...You never know.
Yeah, there's the CW4Kids. You know, they replaced KidsWB?
I say it's a sad day because Kirby, Sonic, and yes Winx are most likely gone. Of course, the company isn't dead, just one of their channels. But I hope the move TMNT to replace Will&Dewit though. Yuck.
Sorry I'm double posting. Sonic X is coming to Disney XD ( the channel that's going to replace Toon Disney in Febuary 2009) and also to the CW 4kids in January.
It's still on Cartoon Network on Saturdays.Utada said:I think Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is still on Cartoon Network. On Saturday mornings still. I stopped watching Pokemon when May and Max left the show. So I don't know if it is still on now. *shurgs*
4-kids is going away? Freckin' Great! Woo hoo! Me and all of my friends are sick of watching them murder decent Japnease Animes. I mean they took One Piece and gave Sanji a Piret mind you a lolipop. He's supposed to have a frekin' cigerett. And on a show called Tokyo Mew Mew I like they changed all the attacks and such. I mean what's next a killer dino attacking with "squashy love love hug" gag....
Sonic X and if IIRC, they show Kirby: Right Back At Ya! there which is from Japan. Then again, I'm pretty sure that it's gone this Saturday because Sonic X moved to the CW4Kids.RukarioX said:Are you sure this is in the right section? None of 4KIDS TV stuff is Japanese.

Aww...
I'll admit I don't like them anymore, but I used to love watching YuGiOh every weekend back in the day.
Does this mean all of these shows will be canceled or that they will switch broadcasting times/stations?
