Who cares, anyways? Who honestly gives a damn about whether or not a fifty year old man is watching anime? I don't and the rest of the world doesn't either.
It's pretty damn rich of you to say he's a gay because he watches anime when you post on a Pokémon forum as well, just thought I'd throw it in there.

She did, however, give a pretty common sterotype that people in real life who AREN'T a bunch of anime lovers may have on the elderly watching animoo. What would you think if a 50 year old man watches anime? I think he/she might have no life or either enjoying his life. Most people thinks that he's a gay.
This is her original post. She gave two senarios. Other than gay (see where she said "most people"), she also said he might not have a life, or might be enjoying life. Wakachamo was rite, it doesn't make too much sense, but she elaborates on other posts, saying shefeel it's nothing wrong to like animoo at an old age.
That said, I couldn't care less what old people do with their time. I'd honestly be surprised if Daddo, my grampa, watched Animu, never seemed like the type (I think he finds cartoons childish, but he sees everybody under the age of 25 as a child, so he doesn't care), but if he does, then hey, something we can do together.
Actually, in Japan, reading manga and what not is perfectly acceptable, even for 50 year old men. As far as animes go, it all depends on the show. There's one guy who my Japanese fiance said was like the anime equivalent to Disney, and was ok to watch, after I was giving her and her mom crap for watching.
Outside of Japan......... there's this thing called "virginity", which you can keep at age 50, if you still watch anime up to that point.... (sorry, guys)
I don't get this answer. I am asking, not implying, are you saying all animoo watchers are virgins? If so, many couples watch it together. Seems liek ur hiding something...

Anyway, cartoons are cartoons. Many a people in college can tell you what goes on at 8:00AM on Cartoon Network. They like the unrealistic violence. Get over it.
