Hi, I'm hqmary. I've just started getting into the pokemon trading card game again after my old deck of cards was thrown away. I'll never forget you, Squirtle! :'(Anyway, I've never really tried to get in contact with the rest of the community. I only found this site because I was looking for someone to answer my question about this purple tangla card I got.
So, here I am!

Hi hqmary! Welcome to the forum!

I used to collect the TCG cards, but collected them for the pictures haha. I never actually played the game. I never learned how to play it. I haven't bought any cards in years... like since Ruby and Sapphire haha. I might pick up a pack for nostalgia sake soon :3 We have a TCG section of the site that you should definitely check out! You can probably find an answer to your card question there.

Really stinks about your cards.. I'd be really sad. Still have my old cards from when I was a kid and it's difficult to part from them - can't imagine having them thrown away, eugh. Have a fantastic time on PC and do ask if you need anything at all. Always happy to help. n~n

I do feel sorry about the loss of your cards, especially because I felt the same way when most of my childhood toys were tossed away for the sake of "growing up" according to my mother. But aside from that, PC will be sure to brighten up your sad mood with its many Pokemon sections, and some other stuff as well. Toshiro probably mentioned the TCG section so do consider going over there for asking your card question.

Hey hqmary, welcome to PC! Sorry to hear about your cards, I had a similar thing happen to me back in fourth or fifth grade except I'd thrown my figurines / old pokemon games into a corner and couldn't find them. ;A;

And ayy, TCG! What are some of your favourite cards? I honestly like collecting cards of my favourite pokemon though I might take the time to get a proper deck and play with people sometime. I think my old one's buried underneath some books anyway haha.

Anyway welcome! Feel free to look around the TCG section and see if anything interests you there! I'd suggest checking out some other boards too, what sort of stuff do you like?
