Well, I have no idea whether the plural of Pokemon is Pokemons or it remains the same. Any clues?

It's always been just plain old Pokemon whenever I read it. :]

This is what the FFL is for.

Anyway, the plural for Pokemon is Pokemon and that's true of species names also.
Eg. A swarm of Beedril, a flock of Pidgey. Putting an 's' at the end would be wrong. Poke Balls are an exception to the rule.

    Okey dokey. Thanks! :)
    So, Pokemon remains Pokemon.

As pointed out by Mizan, the word Pokemon does not add an 's' when used in plural. Same is the case with Pokemon species. For species, collective nouns are used in place of a suffix.

When you are saying something about plural pokemon you say it like in this sentence. "Look at all the pokemon!"
