    Would it be possible to add the strikeout, highlighting, and YouTube Embedding buttons (all of which can be seen when you're editing a regular post in a thread, editing a Private Message, or editing a Blog Comment) to the Visitor Message Post Editor? They're a bit minor, but I thought it would be a little more convenient for anyone who wants to use those options in VMs... I just noticed it today since I recently was able to use the "YouTube Embed" code within a VM, yet oddly there was no button for it (fortunately, I knew the code offhead).

    It just seems strange that the VM Editor has fewer buttons available compared to the other posting methods on here... (I was wondering whether it was because certain features don't work in VMs as opposed to regular postings, but I can confirm that the above 3 boldfaced features worked for me as I previewed them in the VM Editor). Thanks for taking this into consideration!

    EDIT: And since we're on the topic of posting and editor buttons, a "Multi-Quote" option would be really nice to use when replying to blog postings... ^^

    I honestly never notice that they were absent, even from the advanced VM editor. I guess that's probably because I never use any of these buttons even when I'm posting around the forums. I kinda type really fast and having to move my mouse around for a button is inconvenient to say the least. I've pretty much adapted to just typing them in as I go haha.

    But yeah, I can see how this would be helpful for other members.

    Oh god yes. I've wanted this since forever.

    Alongside what you mentioned Fenyx, there's also apparently no spoilers button even though you can still use a spoiler tag in VMs. But yeah I'm all for these being implemented, if they can be easily accessed in PMs, blogs and posts, then why not have them in VMs too?

    Thankfully it doesn't look like too much that'll have to be edited in. But yeah I'm all for them being added to the advanced VM post editor since I do embed videos and use spoiler tags and the like from time to time.

    Glad to see support for the aforementioned ideas! :) And I'm glad I'm not the only one who Multi-quotes in blog postings; I usually see people quoting no one or quoting maybe one other person while my blog comments are filled with like 3-4+ quotes (though I guess some users don't wish to put in the considerable effort it currently takes to manually multi-quote.. :P). XD Was getting a bit worried there. :3c

    Oh, wow; thanks for the mention about the spoiler function being usable in VMs, Hikari10! That would help as well so that picture-heavy VMs have a better chance of being enclosed by VM-posters rather than taking up a sizable chunk of the VM space within profiles. {:3}

    I'm just showing support for this, plus spoiler button, please.

    Is the reason so few buttons are shown in the simple VM interface that people (staff?) don't want stuff like spoilers and youtube to be used in VMs (or css for that matter), or just because people seldom used it and it took up space? Which would be a weird reason imo, as it doesn't really.
