    For those of you who are not fans, or despise Apple so much, you may now have the right to hate me becaaaaaaaause.....

    I got an iPhone for my birthday.

    So, that's it. I'm officially saying ADIOS, AU REVOIR, CIAO, AUF WIERDERSEHEN (thanks bis lol) to my slow, glitchy, Froyo-running Samsung Infuse 4G, whom I've gone though sooo much with it. From the short falls, to the late night tweeting and tumbling, to texting quilzel 1000 times a day, to curing boredom in general. It also saved me from the October 2011 blackout that left me stranded in the middle of San Diego. It survived a water accident after getting wet from the car wash (after being dead for a month lol). But yeah....unfortunately I am leaving Android completely. For the past few months since iOS 7 was released I was completely enamored. The GUI was to die for, and when my aunt who visited last weekend, who has an iPhone 5, she showed me iOS7 and its new features and...aaaaah. I said to myself that the iPhone would defo be my new upgrade. My second choice would be the Samsung Galaxy S4...and I was also eyeing on the new Nokia Lumia, but I'm not too familiar with Windows Phone as much, so I would save that till next time.

    oh, and it's an iPhone 4S, btw. I'm not an early adopter, which is why I decided to stay away from the 5S/5C, and I was aiming at getting a smaller phone, enough to fit in my super tight jean pockets. lol

    My *early* birthday present should come either Saturday or Monday. I'm so EXCITED! I'm so ready to kick this silly ass phone goodbye!
     
    Oh noes a trader in our mists, lol jk. Apple makes nice hardware, but I like a little more choice when it comes to customizing.
     
    ...You're still on Froyo? I'm surprised you didn't at least upgrade to ICS or something. I've heard nothing but praise about 4.4 too.
     
    Traitor. You should have upgraded past Froyo anyway. :P -hugs Jelly Bean/KitKat- The 4S for two years? Shame.
     
    I was GOING to upgrade the OS to 4.0 at least but I'm too careful and don't want to risk it. And besides, most of the apps I use on my phone are still supported by Froyo so I was like..."why would i upgrade?" I'll still be following Android, as my mom is more likely going to stick with it because she wants the new S3 Mini. I also wanted to gain more familiarity with Apple, my main reason why.

    & Mac, upon purchasing the iPhone I'll have the option to upgrade to a better iPhone (up the the new one) a year after, so maybe by my 24th birthday I'll have a better one. :D

    & James, thank yoooou because yoloswag and stuff

    & Zach, I canNOT wait to troll Siri. I'm serious. It's gonna be hilarious.
     
    You'd upgrade because Froyo is garbage and newer Android versions just blow it out of the water. :P and the S3 Mini is far from new... the S4 Mini is the new one.

    Anyway, enjoy your new phone... traitor. :P
     
    I tried pronouncing it last night but to no avail I think I did it wrong. Maybe in a skype call you should teach me tbh ;;
