    What do you plan to do? Unniversity, Workplace, ect.

    I'm planning on going to Unniversity
     
    I'm planning on going to college in England taking up game development.
     
    After High School,I will go to a University.
     
    Eh. I'll just be going to a Community College for a few years after I get out of High School. It's cheaper, and I don't have to leave quite home quite yet (because I definitely can't support myself right now).

    First I need to figure out a Major/Minor
     
    Our education system is different in Australia. Apparently you need a language to get into uni in America, or something? We don't have college, it's just uni and then like trade schools and stuff.

    But yeah, myself, I plan on going and doing a few years in uni or something once I finish school.
     
    I plan to probably take a gap year, travel to somewhere, hopefully Japan even though it's quite expensive.

    Then do a course in Graphic Design, though that's a while away, things may change in that time.
     
    I planned to go to unniversity, but after I finished all my exams I realised that if I wanted to do what I aim for life (advertisement), I'd have to work first. So this is it.
     
    Well, I'm already out of high school. I went to University.

    Really, if you've got the grades and you've got the smarts, there's no better option than to go there and get some kind of degree. While it's much better to get a degree in something that you plan to use when pursing a career, any kind of university degree will aid you in getting the job you want.

    As for the whole American University thing, you're kinda right. I haven't met anyone at my university who hasn't taken a foreign language for at least three years in high school, but they don't necessarily make it a requirement. Some very well might require it, but not all. The loophole in this is that most American Universities are competitive in the amount of enrollments they'll receive per academic year, so chances are the students who studied hard and took foreign languages in high school got most to all the spots. :D
     
    I really wanted to have a gap year. Everyone else thinks it's a waste of time though
     
    In the UK it's slightly different - after compulsory High School is over, you can then either stay in if your school has a Sixth Form or go to College to take your A-Levels. It's the A-Levels that then allow you to go to University.

    I stayed on at my old school and took English Literature, History and Law at A-Level. I'm now in the third year of my Literature degree at University. :]
     
    College, which I'm already in... really only because I'm paid for it, and this recessional unemployment; the UK has a poor educational system in my eyes.

    Last year was a BTEC NA Countryside Management, this one a BTEC IC Engineering at a different place... which I loathe. Neither path is particularly for me, but I was better at handling sheep than pieces of metal; just getting stuff to put on my CV.

    I want a driving job, really, it's about the only thing I'm remarkably good at. I'm thinking of starting as a postperson for Royal Mail and eventually going on to drive their lorries or trains.
