I don't judge others unless it's toooo huge of a gap and one person is very young, buuut for me personally, even someone being 20 is pushin' it. Over 21 is a lot more preferable. I did have an 18 year old who wanted to date me at one point, and I think that was.. really iffy. I look like I'm in high school but with my actual age, it would be a toss up. x__x

Though, I have a friend who's my age, who was dating a 16 year old. They waited until they were 18 to make it official, but both of them were really torn about it, and were afraid to tell their families and etc.

in our country, 18 year olds are not a great dating choice even when your 18. or should i say especially?
it's a really rough transition into full adulthood while still dealing with high crap for most of em. same thing with the next few years after that only many are either in college or being pressured into going to college.
additionally, most human bodies(especially males) are still growing up into their 20s.
psychologically & biologically dating someone 18 to early 20s tends to be like dating a bon fire.
teenagers? i wouldn't go near them even if it was legal, if 18-20 is a bon fire then 15-17 is a freaking nuke.

I don't understand why age is so important. It's a number, and if you love someone ten years younger than you, give or take, why not? I'm not saying go for it, but I just don't care about age. If I love someone, and want to date them, and they're 15, I'd do it.... I wouldn't have sex with her, though. Like, I'd date someone who's five years older, maybe five years younger, if I loved her, but I wouldn't engage in sexual interaction with them.
