Man, I wonder if this place will be alive in July, to hit it's one year mark.

I'll be surprised, simply because the series is so short. >__>; Unless we somehow manage to nit-pick things about the series for the next two years. Or maybe nit-pick about the game. ohmygod the gaaame.

Well... At least... At least... Yui got the last episode she... d-d-deserved... And... Umm... At least... It was...

F-funny... And entertaining... And I... I...

Seriously, though. That episode ran the gamut of emotions. I was loling hard for most of it, praying that Yui would pull a Hinata, and stay behind.

She didn't.

Quoth Yui, "Dammit."

I liked Yui. A hella lot. Now all I have left is Kanade, who'll probably be the last to go.

Yui...

Still, though, Kanade in that episode was utterly hysterical. But Yui... Her backstory was probably one of the most touching ones yet (Otonashi's was just... funny, because his life sucked so hard. I couldn't get too much for Yurippe, and the GDM girl just felt... cliched). Gah, I love Yui so much now.

I forgot the Anime Law. The episode you love a character is the episode they're Killed Off for Real.

Great, great episode. Very, very good. Though, to be honest, Yurippe's scene at the end was a tad bit... long. I was almost in tears during the closing, thinking Yurippe had gone to quietly disappear, or something.

But, no.

Oh well.

Mmm. Anyway, that was a very good episode. I would've loved to see more gunfire, but...

Meh. Kanade's wings weren't as impressive as they could've been. They were too big. D:

...I just finished Angel Beats!, and I have yet to watch Another Epilogue.

Thoughts in the spoiler, as always.

That was the first bomb. The first time my jaw dropped and I let loose an awed "Holy crap..."

That was just the beginning, though it was probably the most awesome moment of the last two episodes, especially after the utter narminess of the heart-computers.

However.

However.

However.

While Angel Beats! did not make me blubber like Geass or Azumanga, it did create a sense of awe. But the series, as we can all agree, was way too short.

Kanade and Otonashi... Man, that was...

Well, personally, it dragged on too long. For such a short series, for the ending to drag on too long...

And the last part~

I'm conflicted.

No season two. No continuation.

Unless...

It had better be really damn good, to be worthy of the Angel Beats! name.

I loved this series. For the first time, I watched two in a row.

I hate it. I should have saved the last for tomorrow.

And yet.

And yet...

No season 2.

Azumanga's graduation scene had me a sobbing mess.

Angel Beats' was just funny and heartwarming. And made Kanade awesome.

The heart thing was really cheesy, though (The entire last two episodes were so cheesily awesomely Japanimu), and I was almost lolling from it...

Until Yuri's line, which made me go 0_0. That was an awesome, awesome moment for her, and I was cheering.

I say I don't want a Season 2, unless they really, really, really put some effort into making it.

A season two likely couldn't beat out season 1, and this is true I'd hoping that they didn't screw it up. xD; But the series itself seems awesome enough, that it deserves to have more than 13 episodes.

Not just 12 episodes and one "lol wut just happened?" episode. >_>
