Animated Title Screen and Other Title Improvements

Try looking at a script which is not 7 years old. For eg the Modular Title Screen by Luka SJ.
 
Hello I love and I'm thankful for this tutorial as I used it for the previous versions but I just restarted and updated to v19 and wanted to know if u can show a way to do this for that version as well plz
