Welcome to the club Gigastroi! Oh I agree Yu Yu Hakusho is a great anime! I didn't get to watch the last 2 arcs though. D: I need to watch them. Glad we got another anime fan!

Welcome back Alakazam17! Tsubasa is pretty good. I watched the first 13 episodes of the first season. It is pretty good. ^^
 
At last, the new episode of Strike Witches comes out today...and I see if Mio (my favorite character) lives after being struck down...the cliffhanger showed the main character trying to heal her.

I really hope she lives. Then again, her dying might spur the main character to take charge and fight on her own..but we'll see when it releases.
 
Aww I want more Itazura na Kiss~ I cried during this week's episode. ><
 
has anyone watched The Twelve Kingdoms? i just finished episode 8 not too long ago, and im starting to get disappointed with it all entirely. should i finish?

That is a very old anime. It was made around in the late 80s. It came on Cartoon Network at that one point(it was on Toonami, back in 2001 I believe). I think you can get in on DVD, but it might be hard. Like it is hard trying to find if you can download it.

I remember that show when it was in syndication back in 1995. It was pretty awesome, I didn't even know it was a anime back then. XD

But keep trying though, you will find it sometime. ^^

Never heard of Twelve Kingdoms, sounds boring. If you don't think it will get better, just drop it. I would.

Most of the stuff Nickelodeon ran in the 80's/early-mid 90's were anime (examples: The Adventures of Little Koala, the Noozles, Maya the Bee, etc.)

And as for Strike Witches...my favorite character lived! (whew) But now the government wants to shut the Witches down....

Pokemon & Yugioh - I thought they were American cartoons till I went online & found out otherwise. That was so long ago now though XD

I didn't even know that they were anime til about three years ago. My friend told me. And I watched those when I was a kid. And also Ronin Warriors and Pokemon. Didn't know they were anime back then. Because I didn't understand that Japan have cartoons too. XD I found out about Pokemon when I was reading a magazine. It was saying it was from Japan...I was shocked.
 
I always thought Ronin Warriors was Japanese since Ronin is a Japanese Samurai with no master.Just realized the creater of Ronin Warriors was Hajime Yatate the creater of Gundam.

So Strike Witches will be ending next week, and I need a new anime to follow.

That said, a friend recommended I try out Sola--any opinions on that?
