Well, I've finally been convinced into reading some manga. I can't believe it took me so long after I got hooked on anime, XD. As I said yesterday, that Mermaid Melody volume was the first one I had ever read, and I enjoyed it. Now I'm going to try to get reading some more of my favourites(Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, Tsubasa Chronicle, etc).

I read it online too.
Some are not available in the us and some I wanna know what happens next and I hate waiting for the next volume so I read ahead.

I want a Haruhi drama CD so bad, because even though I don't know what they're saying, their voices are sooo adorable :3

I'm not a big reader, so I usually prefer the anime over the manga - but I usually don't buy the dubbed version unless I really like it.

I would only buy a dub if it included the Japanese audio and English subs. I am not a fan of dubs. I was reluctant to get into manga at first till I figured out how to read the books. It was confusing at first. XD But now manga is like a drug. XD

I prefer the subs as well, though I will endure the dub if I can't get a hold of subs. Good examples of this are Pokemon and Inuyasha, which I can only find dubbed. >>

Oh god I hate the Inuyasha dub but I love the sub.

I'd probably agree with you, but I only saw like two or three episodes subbed on crunchyroll before they pulled it. The fact that I've only been watching the dub is probably the reason why I'm still in Season 2, XD.

I downloaded it all on a torrent and watched it in like 2 weeks.

Ugh @ InuYasha dubs.

Just... ugh. It's so terrible that they are still being released on DVD.
I definitely recommend the sub, although I've only seen a few episodes. They're difficult to find.

Or at least using the search engines I use it's all you find. I'm sure it's out there though.

Well, I've looked all over the place and I couldn't find it. I can usually find something if it exists, as I remember directing a friend of mine to some subbed episodes of Fruits Basket when he had already given up hope. XDD

I seriously can never find the anime I'm looking for. I normally watch it streaming. I'm currently watching Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai. Again xD;
