Anime you just didn't care for.

Inuyasha: Oh yeah. <_< I totally forgot about this. I wasn't interested in Inuyasha at all for some reason. I didn't really like the story, or how the events lined up with one another. Characters didn't appeal to me either. It's probably just me though, since some people seem to really really like Inuyasha... Maybe it's a 'love-hate' kind of anime.

Rurouni Kenshin
: UGH. =A=;; I love flashy sword fights (And if there's anywhere to get flashy sword fights, it's Rurouni Kenshin), and opening and ending are positively amazling, but the fights just seemed so... they just didn't draw me in. Kenshin's character was great, and I loved the way he was, but for me, that was just... it. That was the only thing that I could actually say I liked about Rurouni Kenshin. (Didn't help that I could never figure out how to spell it. xD I'm not even sure if I'm spelling it right now... *fish'd*)

ARIA the Animation; I loved this story, the characters, and everything, but it just seemed really uneventful to me. There wasn't a particular episode that I absolutely loved because it just caught my interest like that. It was just mediocre overall as an anime for me. ;;

Most Mecha-Suit Anime; I just never got into the whole 'mecha-suit' scene for some reason. Transformers the Movie was amazing for me, but when the whole thing goes animated, like Gundam or Eureka SeveN, my interest strays, even though they've all got amazing plots and characters. (From what I've read anyway) The minute those mecha-suits step into the show and they start the big fight scenes, I just have to turn off the TV. I haven't seen very many mecha-suit anime though, I'd say only Gundam Wing, Eureka SeveN, and Code Geass are what I associate 'mecha-suit anime' with. Evangelion, Escaflowne (not even sure if thats mecha...), and the other Gundam's I've never even seen before. xD;

Gundam Seed(and the lower series) were probably hard to follow because the were dubbed and/or nobody actually wants to look for the true japanese versions. Destiny and 00 on the other hand are pretty good. Sorry to bring it up i'm just sad because Seed and Seed Destiny are starting to get hated by the less which will soon be more. I mean you guys are right that the others suck..but the last 3 are an exception. Except for the fact that Seed was dubbed poorly on CN.(Next time maybe just dub it on AS)

Most Gundam series'

Gundam Wing is a small exception. I'm sure I'm not the first one who's had this opinion, but when you add politicians to action cartoons and don't wipe them out in the end, it's just a waste of both the animators' and viewers' time. I'd say Gundam Seed was the final straw in this formula. The show just drags you along unwillingly and flips you off in the end. Rinse, and repeat for two or three more incarnations. I'm sorry, but I've seen the Japanese versions and it still irritates me.

Eureka Seven

For the life of me, I can't figure out what's so popular about this show. People have tried explaining it to me time and again, and I'm still royally confused. But the jist I can get from the show is that it's Gundam with Aliens. And extra-planar ones for that matter. So we're ripping off Xenosaga too? Except for the fact that you're missing one crucial element. Soraya Saga. So stop pretending. I'm not gonna even bother trying to figure it out. Anything that tries to even remotely imitate Gundam is just asking for it. And imitating Xenosaga is enough to push me to the brink. I love Crispin Freeman, but he really could've put his talents to better use than voicing that drunk Captain Matthews wannabe.

Naruto

It really defies logic, that a show like this could actually BE considered an accurate portrayal of the life and way of the Ninja by ANYONE (I'm not making this up). Now, I could go the spoonyone route and do wardrobe comparisons to show why Naruto ISN'T a Ninja, but I'm sure you've already heard it time and again. SO, instead of spending three paragraphs complaining about his orange uniform and how he DOESN'T use stealth like a good Ninja, I'll go a different route and complain about something that people don't so often complain about.

The thing is, Ninjas don't take TWO FREAKING HOURS TO KILL THEIR MARK. Ninjas DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR MARK'S TRAGIC PAST. And Ninjas WOULDN'T FIGHT FAIR. A Ninja is supposed to be a master of the silent killing art of the Orient. Not some loudmouth in an orange suit who looks to be as dumb as bricks and lobs what can best be described as a poor man's Kamehameha at the opponent. I mean, the VILLAINS are more like true Ninjas than our hero. In fact, that village that Neji (or whatever his name is) is from should just detonate that mark on his forehead after his embarassment. I tell you what, if THIS KID ever becomes Hokage, then the Hidden Leaf Village (barring the most obvious reference) will be among the worst Ninja villages in Anime history.

If it isn't already. How stupid does a village have to be to seal an ancient demon into a baby, not tell him it's in him (but tell everyone ELSE), and make a stipulation that if he dies, the seal is broken? Oh, then let's get the brilliant idea to make him a Ninja, and send him on missions where his life will be in mortal danger 24/7. And while we're at it, we'll TEACH him how to unleash the demon's power. What could go wrong? Yeah. What, indeed?... Can anyone say, insanity? That poor kid's gonna be bats by 21.

There's more coming. I'll be covering Anime that I've seen, and chances are, you've seen too.

Ghost in the Shell
Naruto
Gundam Series
Shagakukan no Shana
The Melchany of Haruhi Suzumiya

Most of them I wanted to watch before, but then..I realized I don't really need to watch it and could actually careless about it.

Dragon Ball series
Gundam series

Personally, I couldn't care less if they even existed.

If Gundam and Dragonball didn't exist, the face of anime in general would be vastly different. Anywho...

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED
Mobile Suit V Gundam
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (Hoping it gets better, I was really surprised that I haven't liked it considering I loved Mizushima's work on the second half of FMA)
Eureka Seven
Ghost in the Shell (despite all the praise, I've only ever liked the movies)
Naruto
Blood+
Kodomo no Jikan, or whatever the hell that freaky loli anime is
Might Gain (easily my least favorite of the Yuusha franchise)
Naruto
Boys Be
Fushigi Yuugi
Black Cat

And there's probably quite a bit more, but to keep it short, most anime produced in the last five years. Anime has really been in a stale point lately.

Wow, Shana is hated o.0(I just started watching it)

Elfen Lied(Didn't really appeal to me)
Inuyasha(LOL WTF, THE ANIME ENDED WITHOUT A REAL ENDING?*stops watching*)
Bleach(I was anticipating the 'Ichigo goes to Heuco Mundo arc' to only be sorely disappointed by the first fight)

Hmm,I don't really know.Every anime I claim to not catch my attention seems to grow onto my interest at some point XDD [Rozen Maiden..lol,I LOVE IT WITH MY HEART NOW XDD]

Although Tsubasa Chronicles has beautiful art and whatnot,I never really got that much into it @.@; Same with Pokemon Diamond/Pearl.I don't see how Dawn's company,new Pokemon/region/etc makes it any different than any of the other seasons ._.;
Don't bite at me fer this <3 My opinion completely.

I never got into:

Inuyasha
Bleach
ALL Gundam
Eureka 7

I never really cared for them, despite all the praise they get.

It's probably just me though, since some people seem to really really like Inuyasha... Maybe it's a 'love-hate' kind of anime.

or the people that love it are just blind fangirls who completely ignore the half-assed love story and the downward spiral into oblivion the anime suffered from its filler hell and just go about their merry lives writing incest yaoi between Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru.

Rurouni Kenshin
: (Didn't help that I could never figure out how to spell it. xD I'm not even sure if I'm spelling it right now... *fish'd*)

yeah, you spelled it right. It kinda helps when you actually know how to pronounce Japanese ("ou" is pronounced like a lengthened 'O', though it's often romanized as "oh" or 'o' with a line over it).

ARIA the Animation; I loved this story, the characters, and everything, but it just seemed really uneventful to me. There wasn't a particular episode that I absolutely loved because it just caught my interest like that. It was just mediocre overall as an anime for me. ;;

I have yet to watch it myself, but I hear it's a slice-of-life series, so.... yeah, what do you expect?

I only have one:
AiR- I'm sorry Key based anime (Along with Clannad and Kannon) I just don't like. I mean they are all "Girl must die at the end!!!!111"

I forgot about Air! I watched all of it but I just didn't like it one bit.

Bleach
DN Angel
ALL Gundam
Eureka 7

etc. (I'll add more later.Dont remember!) >_<

Mobile Suit Gundam- Storyline got boring and the art and animation really didn't set well with me.
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed- Characters really didn't bring me in. Storyline got boring...fast.
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo- Just too random and I didn't get the story whatsoever! It was totally stupid. And the animation didn't help either. >>;
Blood+- I didn't get what was going on. Only watched about four episodes. Fighting to get vampires and other monsters...I am not into that.
Dragon Ball GT- Got repetitive. It is just like Dragonball and Z, but mixed together. To me, that isn't a good thing.
Tenchi in Tokyo-The first fifteen episodes were good, but then it got too serious after that. I missed the comedy from the other ones.
RahXephon- Didn't grasp me. The characters and storyline was stale.
Ghost in the Shell- I didn't understand it.
Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex- See GTS.

There are a few others, but then I will be here all day thinking about the rest. Okay, I listed these because most of them are too random, the storyline is boring, or the characters are boring. There are other anime I really love, but these I didn't care for, so I didn't finish them.

Yeah also ghost in the shell.It confuses me.Also that robot show. >_<

Um... Naruto, I guess. I don't watch much anime, so that's it.

Edit: Oh yeah, Bo-bo-bo-some-random-number-of-other-bos. I hated that show so much. =\

I'm back with a new Candidate <chuckle>. So, let's get this party started.

Pilot Candidate (or whatever that long cryptic Japanese subtext is)

I'm dumbfounded at this one. What in God's name were they trying to do here? Basically, you've got people that left Earth due to an alien invasion and they live in space on what can best be described as an asteroid. At first, you figure a show like this is going to be about the war between humanity and the aliens.

But no. They decide to make what SHOULD BE the main plot take a back seat in favor of one centering around the training of cadets instead. And all it is, is S&M robots sissy fighting, in training, for the whole series! I'm not making this up. Then when it gets to the point where it looks like some action might take place, the series just abruptly ends... WTF?! That's it? What were they thinking? Did they honestly expect people to like this? Talk about sticking up a big middle finger to the people that were actually PATIENT enough to sit through this horrendous show.

And by the way, it was extrememly boring too. Little to no action happens, and the most exciting part in the entire series is when a character gets killed and replaced by one of the cadets. Normally, character deaths are supposed to be depressing, but I was so happy because I thought they were going to start focusing on the war finally. Boy, was I wrong... That cadet becomes second fiddle to a new group of cadets and the crap starts again. Seriously, I just want to see them fight. If you're not gonna have fights, then quit trying to make the show look more epic than it actually is.

They should've called this Sissy Robot Fights 101: Class Is In Session.

I think it ended like that because, as far as I know, the manga has more or less the same ending. They were expecting it to continue on, but the manga tanked shortly after the anime started. There's that one OVA episode that was released a year later said to have input from the mangaka, but it does little to resolve the story.

...though I guess I must have been one of the few that liked it? I never thought it was going to be about the war, the title made that clear. A sequel series focusing on the war would be great, but it's been seven years since the series ended, so I doubt that's going to happen.

The pokemon anime. That's really it
